Room lacks TV. Toilet smells bad. Staff is extremely nice and attentive, room has nice view (you should choose the rooms in the middle with direct view of the valley)

The staff are very nice, help with calling a car and carrying things.

It is away from the town centre but the fantastic padi scenery makes up for it. Food is comfortable. Take note not to leave the balcony doors open if you do not wish to have mosquitoes/insects in the room.

Beautiful space, enthusiastic staff

I stayed there for 2 nights on December 6/7/8, 2024. The price for two nights was 9.5 million and when the staff swiped the card, I don't know if it was intentional or not, it was 95 million. And now the resort won't refund me, giving many reasons not to refund. While it's not my fault. It's really too bad. They keep making appointments from one day to another, then giving all kinds of reasons, I texted and called but now they don't even bother to answer.

My deluxe double room had 2 single beds with a single mattress and a double sheet. That's all because the staff was honest and enthusiastic. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and had a full combo of rain, fog, and cold, so there's nothing more to say. Also, the breakfast was a bit limited compared to the room rate. The 2 breakfasts were almost unchanged and had few dishes.

Been here many times. The staff is very friendly and cute, the food is delicious and not expensive. But climbing the stairs is so tiring kkkkk but the view is very beautiful

The room was too small, dark and had mosquitoes, and the power went out 7-8 times during the night. The food was okay, but overall a stressful experience!!!

Large resort, beautiful garden, lots of flowers, a bit far from the center, inconvenient dining, basic rooms, no refrigerator. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic

Amazing property with amazing view right from your own room balcony. A bit far from the center of the city but still less than 10 minutes by motorbikes. Restaurant is a bit slow during lunch time but worth the wait because of the view and the amazing taste. Will come back!

The room is okay, there is no TV, I asked to clean the room but it was not found. (I stayed 2 days and 2 nights and no one cleaned the room)

Hotel cancelled my booking with reason of fully booked. Thanks for Traveloka negotiated. Hotel gave me a room with bad smell and the worst location. I requested to change. Again, they said cause I booked via traveloka, they already gave me the room with booking. Does hotel give different treatment with clients booking via Traveloka? I used to booked other hotel in Sapa via Traveloka and was treated very well and respect.

The service is good, the view is better than other places, all the staff are very attentive and friendly, the room is also clean, the breakfast is also delicious. It's so tiring going up and down the stairs 😂 I'll come back here again. 💯
