Just came back from our honeymoon and we loved it. It was worth the splurge. The location is private so it's perfect for couples and honeymooners who want some peace and quiet. The beach is beautiful there, food is really good, and the staff are very nice and helpful. I was debating between staying here or Seven Stars and was worried about being far from the main resort strip. But I'm really glad that we chose to stay at Rock House instead. With that being said just make sure you take money for transportation if you want to ever head out to eat somewhere else or go to Grace Bay beach :)

This place was so peaceful and beautiful the staff was so amazing and accommodating. Definitely at 10/10 not to mention every place we went to was a 10 minute cab ride.

Rockhouse is definitely an amazing property to stay at in Turks and Caicos. The rooms are beautiful, the dining options and food are great and the customer service is top tier! It's a nice getaway spot.

If you’re debating this property for your Turks stay…don’t!! Book it now! Rock House is amazing and beautiful, it felt like we microdosed an Italian summer but with everything Turks has to offer. The restaurant Vita is expensive and doesn’t offer a wide variety of food options however the free breakfast on our stay is great. It is a quiet, lux getaway tucked away but still close enough to all the places you wanna hit. The staff is so sweet and accommodating, they felt like our friends. Front desk hooks you up with any activities you wanna do too, very convenient. Love you Rock House

Amazing place to disconnect and relax!

I celebrated my 32nd birthday at the Rockhouse resort and it was amazing. Everything about the rockhouse feels intentional, it's not just a resort, it is an experience. Definitely worth it and would recommend to others! The only issue we had was the dining options at night. We really wanted lobster pizza, however it was not in season (obviously, not their fault). However, we felt that the restaurant on site had limited options.

The property, room, views, infinity pool & beach are phenomenal. The hotel offers free water activities. The staff were very attentive & amazing. The room was very spacious & clean. the hotel. They only have 1 restaurant (Vita) & 1 lounge area (Cave Bar) which is unfortunate considering how large the hotel is. The menu options are not the greatest, the prices are extremely expensive, the cave bar offers the same food choices which sucks. Breakfast is complimentary which helps but after that you’re spending at least $100-$150 on lunch & dinner. We made reservations to have dinner at Vita for our last night and $250 later. A tiramisu was $19!! They only give 1 can of water pp per day. The only place to get a “snack” is at the guest experience store which closes at 5pm and only had Doritos, Pringles and trail mix. The nearest grocery store was about 15-20 min away. Transportation is also very expensive. They charge person even if you’re in a party of 2. So like $17-$20 pp to get to and from (within a short radius ofc). The hotel will send you an email re transportation. DO NOT be fooled, they DO NOT offer taxi service. When you land, ask the srvc ppl for a shared taxi which is $12pp. They sent us a black car & the hotel charge me $90! So check your final bill.

The views, private beach, dock, and infinity pool are incredible. The food at Vita and pool-side is amazing. The service is the BEST we have experienced. The beds are super comfortable and luxurious, and the shower is phenomenal too.

I booked this hotel through Expedia at the listed rate, but upon arrival, I was charged an additional $900 “in case we order food at the bar” plus another $150 per person per night in extra fees. None of these charges were mentioned in the booking agreement or on the Expedia listing. When I told the staff this wasn’t in the agreement, they admitted, “I know, we tell people when they get here.” This is completely unacceptable and very inconvenient. They would not even let us into our room until we paid the extra $1,350. While the facilities were okay, this lack of transparency and surprise billing made for a very disappointing experience. Travelers deserve to know the full cost before booking — not be surprised with hidden fees upon arrival.

This property is for those who want seclusion and privacy. No long lines or chaos just tranquil beauty. It was always calm. The service was amazing! The property itself is breathtaking. Convenient short walk to beach, no fighting over an umbrella or table. Towel and food and drink service on the beach is prompt. Complimentary kayaks and glass bottom boats. Get the villa with a pool overlooking ocean….Totally worth it. Not a single complaint. We have traveled all over the Caribbean and seen nothing as beautiful as this destination in Turks and Caicos.
