A very nice boutique hotel. Stayed a couple of nights with my family in the family suite. The bed is not firm, if that is your preference and the bathroom was a bit awkward with a glass door in the middle of it, but all in all a very nice stay in a great location with a friendly staff. Definitely recommend a stay if you go to Portugal

Our family stayed here for 2 nights. The staff were helpful and kind. They made our stay here so comfortable. It is convenient and a quick uber ride to anywhere you want to go in Lisbon.

Stayed 1 night post cruise. Was able to check in right away. Room was clean and spacious.

Everything was perfect, the staff were amazing, excpecially the breakfast restaurant staff. My only negative side was i asked for a plate for my room , empty plate , they wanted to charge me 5euro

Comfortable, clean, staff helpful. Understanding the light switches were a challenge 😄 until I was ready to leave. The light show a bonus.

Staff very welcoming and kept it up throughout our stay. Always saying good morning and good evening, and assisting with the lifts when my hands were full. Very clean rooms and bathrooms, comfortable bed. Hallways clean. Breakfast, very good variety, tasted lovely and presented well. I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and I am extremely fussy! The only thing I would say, is that it is not in a tourist area. Downtown Lisbon was touristy, about 10 mins in an uber, but if you want the real tourist vibe along with the exclusions, this would not be the hotel.

Great spot to stay. Staff go above and beyond. Close to everything but on a quiet block.
