The room is quite comfortable and clean. The security guard and other staff are friendly. However, I had a bad experience with the receptionist who was a guy. He was grumpy and never smiled. In the application, I booked a double bed type room (because I brought a baby), but when I checked in, I wanted to be moved to a twin bed because the reason was full and the voucher that could only be used for twin beds. Even though I booked a double bed from the start even though the normal price was 200 thousand more expensive than the price of a twin bed room. And also I asked for a duplicate key at 11 pm because I only got 1 key, but was refused because the key was limited to guard against those who wanted to check in again. As a result, every time I went up and down the elevator, I had to bring the key and the baby who was in the room had to wait in a room without a key (all the electricity and lights were off). If you ask for a duplicate key, please give it to me.. and also don't just change room types.
