The front-end staff is very friendly and helpful, as are the security and parking staff. The location is quite close to several ministry buildings and several culinary spots, such as Sate Senayan, Starbucks, and Chadol Gujeolpan.

The staff is friendly, the room is very clean, and there is a balcony. The facilities are cool.

Overall hotel is clean and nice, but there are just 2 things I’d like to feedback: - Parking is very small so the cars had to be stacked in a small space, there is no valet so if someone wants to go out the owner of the car needs to move it by themselves - Room is very NOT soundproof, I stayed during the weekend and the motorcycle sounds at 12am is very loud

If you are looking for a comfortable staycation place with a homely vibe, then this hotel is the right place for you. It is located on Jalan Hang Tuah, close to Blok M and Senayan area with tree-lined area, makes it a perfect place for a short staycation to unwind from the daily grind.

Stayed for 4 days, quite comfortable.. Close to the city center, spacious room, clean, the important thing is just remind them to clean and change the towels.. 👍😁

The staff are friendly, for breakfast menu is quite complete there are cereals, toast, and complete rice. There is a swimming pool but it is for adults only because the depth of the pool is 2 meters. Every morning there is always an officer who cleans the pool and monitors the Ph and chlorine levels of the pool. Great.

Actually it could be fun, but because the facilities in the bathroom are not good (the hot water can't be constant, the toilet seat hinges are loose, the shower head doesn't work optimally, the water doesn't drain quickly) the review value is reduced. Hopefully it's only in my room and it can be fixed in the future.

Cozy place to stay! The rooms are spacious and clean, the facilities are quite complete, the location is strategic (the entrance to the location is located on a 1-way road, so don't be mistaken, sometimes Google Maps misleads you).

Check in process went smoothly and quickly. The room size is spacious and very homey. One of the favorite features in the Artotel chains is the capsule coffee maker.

Hotel is very noisy on Sunday morning because of the motorocycle on the street. The shower curtain looks dirty and some spot is dusty too. We booked for 2 persons but there ' s only 1 room sandals. And very hard to find a socket just to charge 2 phones.

Very comfortable, whether for vacation or work. Strategic position in the city center, very close to access to public transportation (MRT, Transjakarta), near crowded and culinary centers (Senayan, Blok M, Gandaria), close to main road access (inner city toll road, Blok M-Sudirman section). The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the cleanliness and function of the equipment (including in the bathroom) are well maintained. An environment that is not noisy makes the maximum rest time. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the service and assistance is carried out properly and sincerely. The plus point is that it is close to the Al Azhar mosque, so that it is comfortable, easy to access worship. Supporting facilities (swimming pool and mini gym) are quite comfortable and representative, although there aren't many gym equipment, all are in good condition. It's been a pleasure to have stayed here, and it will be one of the top choice hotels in South Jakarta.

This accommodation is really PERFECT. Feels like at home. The staff Kak Adel, mas Trio, and the security were really helpful and friendly. Awesome hospitality.
