The hotel is OK but the employee on duty does not want to help with the check-out process without any reason & our things in the room do not want to help take them down to be left in the lobby before we arrive at the hotel, even though it has been agreed by the guest staying, I asked for a time limit until 14.00 but we were charged from 13:00 - 14:00 with a nominal of 150,000, I asked my regular ojol to come to the hotel to help with the CO process and the ojol was allowed to do the Co process + pick up items, it is very odd, in the hotel terms in the application or the explanation when we checked in there was no explanation according to my experience and this is the first time during moving hotels in Jakarta to get unpleasant treatment like this, where for new guests, they are always helped with check-in / check-out + luggage too, and a hotel in the city center only accepts cash and transfers
