Bad service: You need to hire competent staff and implement policies that ensure customer satisfaction and comfort. Breakfast wasn't served because we were 15 minutes late. It was a set menu, not a buffet. Only one item and one drink were served.

The family type is really suitable for families, the bathroom is semi-outdoor. If I go to Batu Karas again, I will definitely stay here again.

Love the design of the room and bathroom and the hotel area, feels like Bali. The room key is a bit hard to lock, maybe next time it can be fixed. The shower is not warm.

When I arrived at the cottage I immediately fell in love, especially when I entered the room, I was immediately greeted by the fragrant aroma of the room, it was clean, my most favorite spot in the room was the shower area, the Bali vibes were really felt, so you don't need to go all the way to Bali, here you can feel like you're in Bali, if you want to go to the beach it's also very close, just 5 steps to get there, very very recommended.

A very memorable holiday, and I have always been here 5 times because it is so comfortable with a minimalist room concept and the location of the hotel is right in front of the beach, sleeping accompanied by the sound of the waves is very comfortable and highly recommended 🫶🏻

It was a pleasant stay, the staffs were friendly, nice, and helpful. We got a flat tire, and they went to help us with it all. The location is also superb, and the beach is just across from your room, yet it's the quieter side of the beach and still near tourist places. Please keep up the quality.

Nice bungalow style room at beachfront. Just the roof is leaking and the breakfast is good but quite small.

Pleasant stay. Booked two rooms for a night. The cottage is located across the Batu Karas beach. The surrounding is serene and quiet. The bathroom is outdoor and large. The lighting in the bedroom is dim. The wifi is fast and the breakfast is okay.

Comfortable, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Unfortunately there is no TV, amenities are lacking, sandals & haircaps are not provided. A little masking, the wall paint should be renewed

The location of this property is very good because it is in front of the beach, so from the room you just have to walk to the front to get to the beach. However, unfortunately in my experience, for a standard room with this rate, there are many other properties that offer more complete facilities and make guests more comfortable in the room. The choice for breakfast is also very limited with the presentation being too ordinary. Hopefully Bale Karang Cottages can develop further 👍
