The only plus is its strategic location. But in terms of service and cleanliness, everything is negative. There's no one on duty at check-in and check-out. The room and bed smell musty. There are cockroaches in the bathroom. If you're staying overnight, just to rest for a while before continuing your trip to Bromo in the middle of the night and cleaning up the next morning, it's fine.

When I arrived, the receptionist wasn't there, so I had to wait 1.5 hours. Maybe the service can be improved.

On my first day of stay, I was given a bed full of bedbugs. Then I was moved to another room that had already been booked, so while I was still out, I was told to go home early to clean up. There was no staff on duty at the front desk, so it was difficult to inform them if they needed anything. Electricity usage was also limited, and even if I just trimmed my hair, they would scold me. The staff moved me three times because I felt uncomfortable and it was before check-out time, so I checked out first. My suggestion is, if they don't provide adequate facilities, at least the service should be good. Thank you.

Near Malang station, just walk

For a one-day stay because the next day I quickly catch the train. Actually it's nice because the distance to the station is very close, less than 4 minutes walk, but for this room it's just okay, nothing special, only the fan is not felt at all.

Bedroom, bathroom is clean. The fan is also on.

The location is very close to the train station & several bus stations. There are many culinary places around the hotel. The only drawback is the service, the kitchen is not fully equipped, there is no gas for cooking, there is no hot water supply. At night there is no hotel staff, so it's confusing if you want to ask something

Honestly, the room is dirty, not well maintained, the guard is rarely there, likes to leave the dirty floor unswept

very strategic location. exit Malang station, take the right direction on foot for 350 meters. It's just 100 meters near Klojen culinary market, so you don't have to worry about what to eat in the morning. The room is also big and comfortable for the price of 70rban. Checkout is easy. I recommend it here near the city.

Overall 6/10, the room smelled a bit when I entered, but it was okay if I sprayed some perfume. The quality is commensurate with the price, okay, for stopping by while waiting for the train.

Got a fine of 30 thousand/hour, but overall it's pretty good for transit and close to the station.

Not bad, the room is small if just for transit, but the charge is more expensive, 1 hour 20 thousand, even though the price of the room is 60 thousand.

Just enough for a rest, the environment is comfortable even though it is in the middle of the city.

My rate would be 2, if I could! The room was full of spider webs (few Can happen, but it was really a lot). But the worse was the toilet seat: it hadn't been cleaned for months (ever?). I cleaned it with toilet papier (that I bought, it wasn't) and soap. I removed the most recent layers of dirt. I was coming by night bus, arriving at 6:30 in the morning. I asked in advance for an early check-in (could pay for it). They answered it wouldn't be possible before noon because it wouldn't be anybody around. I waited at the reception. At 10:00am, I saw a man going back and forth, asked him to check-in with payement. After he asked someone, that was OK. So it was someone before 12:00! My bedrom windows was overlooking on the hallway and didn't have a propre curtain for my intimacy (falling down and transparent with the light on). Don't book there. There are much nicer places for that price! I would rate less than 5, but cannot change it (it seems to be traveloka 's minimum).

According to the price and close to Malang Kota Station so you can walk, the room is quite spacious, there is a kitchen, shared bathroom but only for 3 rooms so it's not a problem. Unfortunately the mattress is a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. Suitable for overnight stay. Overall 4/5.

The staff was very friendly and the location is close to Malang Train Station. The room was located on the 2nd floor with steep stair for accessibility. Overall, it was a decent experience with affordable fare.
