My favorite hotel since it opened around 2021. Comfortable, clean rooms, friendly staff, varied and delicious food. The morning coffee is delicious. Highly recommended.

The best hotel for sleeping in Cilacap city, the swimming pool is also cool... Idol and recommended, it would be a loss if you don't stay at NS Hotel Cilacap, the mini fridge is also new, coffee tools and others are also cool... Keep it up boss with the comfort of the hotel, close to culinary and shopping places.

Security is very helpful with lost items and bellboys are also very friendly when asked for help.

Although the hotel isn't very large, the service is excellent. The swimming pool is nice and clean. However, the shower area is open-air, which makes it uncomfortable. There should be a covered shower area, like at the Dominic Purwokerto.
