It was a pretty good experience staying at Terraz Tree.

The hotel's location is quite strategic and the staff are friendly. It's highly recommended as a place to stay if you're in Jakarta for a staycation or business trip.

The price is affordable for the area. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the service is excellent, from the front desk, the staff on each floor, and even the technicians are very friendly and have proper gestures. Unfortunately, the room paint is starting to fade, and some amenities, like the faucets, are no longer fully functional (I stayed in two rooms, both in the same condition).

Stayed for a night here. We know the room is not spacious but so does the storage:"). The window is also dirty, the floor is a bit dirty, and the lock key is also a bit strange so we're always wary even though we know it's locked. The soundproofing is really bad, we can hear people loud and clear from the aisle so it makes it uncomfortable. Also, maybe the housekeeping should be told again that if there are guests who have stayed but the guest didn't ask for housekeeping, there's no need to knock. Yesterday I was sleeping, I faintly heard someone knocking and only realized that someone wanted to come in because I heard someone attaching a card key. Automatically panicked😭

I booked the same day... As soon as I checked in, the room was ready and the AC was already on. Awesome.

Overall it's good, but there are aspects that need to be developed further.

In the bathroom under the bidet there is a small gap between the floor and the wall, and animals like uget uget come out in large numbers, I was surprised when I entered the bathroom in the morning to find lots of animals on the floor.
