The cheap room is spacious compared to the price, 2 beds for 2 friends traveling together, sea view, located in the center, convenient for traveling, but this is an apartment so they won't clean the room every day like a hotel, so please note that, I like it that way, no outsiders coming in and out during my stay, I like it better

The room is quite complete and okay, the location is also convenient to travel. The only minus point is that the room has a lot of ants, although if the hygiene is okay then it's okay but if you forget to throw away candy wrappers or sweets, a lot of ants will come, the house has small children who often spill milk and ants will be everywhere, fixing this problem is 10 points

I recently had a chance to stay at FLC Quy Nhon Seaview Condotel for a few days and was really satisfied with this trip. The first impression is the extremely beautiful sea view - in the morning, opening the balcony, you can watch the sunrise on the sea, listening to the sound of the waves, which is very pleasant. The room is spacious, clean and fully equipped, with a washing machine and a small kitchen, so it is very convenient if you are traveling with your family. The staff here are friendly, quick to support and always cheerful, creating a very comfortable feeling. The hotel's location is also a big plus, it only takes a few minutes to get to the beach or find a good restaurant nearby. I especially like being able to walk along the beach in the evening, which is both cool and peaceful. However, there are also a few small points to note - such as the swimming pool is not located right in the condotel area, so you have to move a bit more, and some items in the room (such as towels or personal items) are not fully prepared as I expected. But overall, with a reasonable price and comfortable resort space, this is a very worthwhile choice to experience when coming to Quy Nhon. If I have the opportunity to come back, I will definitely choose FLC Quy Nhon Seaview Condotel again - just to watch the sunrise on the sea a few more mornings 🌅.

Surprisingly cheap because it's not peak tourist season but the amenities are beyond expectations, fully equipped, very suitable for families or groups of friends, double waistband is also very okay

My family stayed at FLC Condotel Quy Nhon (3-bedroom apartment) and was really disappointed. • Room: The facilities are too old, poor hygiene. When checking in, the room was still dusty and had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the room was dirty and uncomfortable. • Check-in process: Even though it was 3:30 p.m., the room was still being cleaned, making the family wait quite a long time (in reality, we checked in at 2 p.m.) Image vs Reality: The advertising image is far from reality, showing a picture of one room, checking in to another room, feeling like being "cheated". • Cost: 2 nights for 7 million but the quality received was completely inconsistent. Overall, this was a bad experience, not worth the money spent. I will not come back and do not recommend my friends and relatives to choose this place.
