From the app advertisement, I thought it would be a safe and comfortable apartment, but it turned out to be very unsafe. It felt like a run-down hotel. People were walking around, seemingly unattended, and there was no sign of anyone staying there. Security was also non-existent. People were hanging around in front of the hotel in the middle of the night. The room was also unclean, with stains on the blanket and sheets. There were cockroaches upon entering, and there were no amenities.

My room was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with amenities like air conditioning, a TV, a water heater, and stable Wi-Fi. The interior was modern yet still felt homey, making me want to linger.

Overall it's good because I often stay here. Yesterday I got a room with a leaking shower and bidet, and there were ashes and cigarette butts in the drawer of the table, the bed cover had holes from cigarettes and the pillows were really hard, I swear they weren't soft at all.

The location is okay. It's a shame it's not taken care of. Smelly, dirty, I'm fed up. Try to fix it first and make it comfortable. The staff are the only ones who are okay. The rest are big nos.

It would be very comfortable to stay here if the cleanliness was more considered, especially the mattress area was very dirty. The sheets seemed old and had lots of stains, they needed to be replaced. The AC was also unclear, it suddenly turned off by itself so it was often hot in the room. The rest is OK for that price. The wifi is quite fast, there is a smart TV, and the guy was also quick when I complained that the bidet was leaking and immediately replaced the hose with a new one.

Room service 1205 is not friendly. Late check in is fined 100,000.

Room and view was good, unfortunately the equipment in the kitchen is already rusty, bedroom was so-so.

Minimal facilities, mattresses are not fit for use, dirty sheets, only one thin towel is given, no tissue and drinking water. Disappointed and don't want it anymore.

It's too expensive for an experience like this, it's better to go to a certified 3 star hotel instead.
