Im checking in at the place around 6-7pm but the room was never ready, i have to wait around 15 minutes just to get a room that im not paying, in payin for room with outside view but feels like im trapped in a room without window since they not prepare, the room kinda dirty too with some bugs small animal

Highly recommended, this is an elite boarding house. It's comfortable and quiet. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. It's also a great place for a short getaway or a monthly stay. There's plenty of food nearby, too. Overall, it's okay.

The staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean and nice. The hotel's atmosphere is very comfortable and cool, with an industrial concept.

Initially, I got a toilet that didn't stop flowing after being flushed. After the bidet was repaired, the water wouldn't come out.

Initially booked for 3 nights because the reviews from social media and booking apps were very good, but on the first night I immediately checked out, in terms of cleanliness it was not at all, there was a lot of dust and it was disturbing when sleeping, and the comfort of sleeping on a mattress that had lots of stains and the iron springs inside was really felt and itchy when sleeping here, the reception staff were not on standby 24 hours especially at night and the staff were not friendly.

The bedroom lights kept going off and on and it was really annoying, really bothersome, it really made me emotional when I was in that position.

The receptionist was quite helpful, lobby cleanliness was so-so. It’s so sad because this hotel can do better. At first is still okay but as soon as I arrived to the room, smells so damp, the bathroom also smells. The worst is there were a lot of small cockroaches coming from bathroom and small gaps in the room. The towel that given was… ripped, dirty. I will not mention too much about the amenities since the price was so-so. But i believe you can give a more proper amenities and at least good fresh and clean towel. When i tried to sleep, the spring bed was worsened the situation. It’s not even appropriate for someone to sleep on that mattress. Spring was about to stab my back, and it was all over the bed. I couldn’t sleep at all 🫠 But the location is 5 stars, 24hours restaurant nearby, a supermarket, close to everything. But please, improve your hotel room quality.

The price was okay, but the room cleanliness was very poor. The tables, floors, and beds were dusty. The trash cans were also very dirty, not cleaned, and dirty. The floors were dusty.

Check-in was easy, the location is strategic, but you have to be careful when going up and down the stairs to get to and from the bed. The restrooms are complete, the towels are quite clean, and the bathroom is very clean.

Parking isn't included in the regular rates, making it very expensive. The toilets smell of urine, and the air conditioning isn't cold enough.

There was no information on how to access the room upon check-in, so I had to ask the apartment security guard. The room was very poor in terms of cleanliness. There was a lot of dust (not good for those sensitive to dust), the room smelled of cigarettes, there were lots of dirt marks on the mattress and floor, and there were no amenities (water bottles, tissues). This could be improved.

As soon as I opened the door, I was met with the smell of the toilet. I found a mattress that was no longer suitable for use. It was incredibly painful because the springs were already digging into my body. And I couldn't change rooms.
