I had an unpleasant experience when I left my wallet in the dining area. When I asked one of the staff, he said he didn't know, even though no one else was there at the time. After I explained that the money was fine as long as the important cards were safe, he returned shortly after with the wallet and said he found it in a pot in the next hallway, and suggested that the money had probably been taken. This statement seemed odd, as one shouldn't look through personal belongings that don't belong to them.
What made the situation even more uncomfortable was the staff's lack of willingness to help further. There was no offer to check the CCTV or find another solution; instead, they immediately stated that the area didn't have CCTV, even though I hadn't asked, which seemed like a cover-up.
In addition to the security issues, the staff service was also unfriendly. The air conditioning in the room wasn't cold, the room smelled musty, and cleanliness was poor.
I hope the hotel can make improvements in the future, especially regarding security, room comfort, and the quality of staff service.
