Room was pretty tiny but as expected. Service was excellent and staff were very helpful and polite. Will recommend but better for 1 person.

Most expensive of all our month long trip, with the smallest bedroom, least comfortable, lumpy small bed, threadbare towels. Awkward arrangement with the separate toilet at the entry door (blocked when someone was using the other door), had to exit toilet room and go to the bedroom to wash hands. Great location with plenty of restaurants and shops but wouldn’t recommend the hotel. I can’t imagine how it rated 9.2 stars. Not sure I can trust star ratings anymore.

Location is good but the room are small

The hotel is located in a great location. You walk out the door and you have all manner of restaurants and bars on your doorstep. The train is in easy walking distance. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else if I stayed in Takamatsu again. Awesome!

Great hotel right in the middle of the shopping and dining streets, in between the main station and Ritsurin Gardens. Rooms were clean, quiet and modern, but the lobby smelled a bit from the indoor smoking area.

Mixed feelings about this hotel. First we reserved the double standard room for two people and it’s very small. I mean very small. For two westerners it doesn’t work at all. We were able to get a bigger room thanks to the wonderful staff that doesn’t speak English. Thanks google translate. The room was bigger but still tight. The lighting in the rooms is horrible. No desk lamps or side table lights. No drawers and very limited clothing storage. This hotel doesn’t cater to westerners at all. It is in a good location with plenty of places to walk to. Buses are near by for easy transportation around the city.

Price is very good. Staff helps us to call taxi. Free soft drink at lobby. At this price range, this is the cleanest hotel i have ever seen. Bed and pillow is comfortable. The air condition (heater) functions well. Room temperature boosts up immediately. Toilet, shower, and water tap are all isolated, will be ideal for 2 people to share the room.

Love the bathroom which is perfect for a hot bath. Skincare products, bath salts and toothbrushes can be taken at GF which is very convenient.

A convenient and clean hotel near a major shopping arcade. The room was small even by Japanese standards, but it was comfortable enough and still had a full bathtub. Unusually, it had a separate toilet from the bath/shower room, and the sink was opposite the bed. I think this made the room feel a bit less small. It was also bright and quiet, so I had a comfortable stay.

I had a great time staying here, everything was clean and maintenance makes sure you have fresh towels everyday. The breakfast buffet options were great and staff was all really nice and understanding. Even though the room I stayed in was on the smaller side all amenities were great. The bathroom had a bathtub and the TV had youtube on it. AC was great and bed was comfortable. For the price and service I recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff made my stay at this 2-3 year-old hotel a delight. I enjoyed free coffee and juice from the dining room, as well as liked reading the magazines there. I’d like to stay there again. Its location is great. Lots of dining and shopping choices nearby. Also, the hotel lent me a bicycle to explore the neighbourhood. :-)

Great hotel room. Small but didn't feel cramped. Modern and spacious shower+bath room. The sink basin is located in the bedroom opposite the bed which I dislike, but everything was otherwise clean and functional. Good location in Kawaramachi near the shopping street. Many nearby restaurants and bars.

The room was comfortable but a little small so I had to squeeze a little bit when opening my suitcase. This hotel was generally a good option but I found some mold emerged in the air conditioner. I think the hotel should clean it properly to secure healthy stays for their customers.

Good: Clean modern hotel. Nice large room. Chic sink & bath. Wonderful location. Great staff. Not so good: Room has no place to hang towels. The ceiling smoke & fire alarms glowing right above the bed need to be addressed.

The hotel is new and clean, the twin room is bigger than I thought, near to Shopping street and walking distance to Ritsurin garden
