Spacious room, comfortable bed, underground garage

Great hotel with a very friendly staff. Good value for money.

Very modern room. Silent inside the room couldn’t hear the road or the neighbours. Great breakfast options. Only negative is I have no idea how to turn on the heated towel rail or the bathroom mirror.

New hotel, excellent location, accessible and convenient to any point in the city. Convenient and inexpensive parking. Lovely staff!! Pleasant and helpful reception staff and dining room staff. Pampering breakfast, excellent raw materials, a wide variety that is also suitable for people with sensitivities. Large, pleasant, clean room, clean, new, pleasant bathroom and huge, caressing and pleasant towels. In short, a hotel that is a surprise.

The staff was extremely friendly, rooms were large and clean. The property stands out compared to other hotels in Bulgaria.

All in all, a very good hotel although I was completely flabbergasted by the fact that they didn’t have any non-feather pillows. This is very strange in this day & age and rather problematic for someone like me who gets asthma because of feathers and pillows or duvets. I had flagged when booking but with no result when I asked again at the hotel upon arrival, I got another feather pillow which was hardly what I wanted! If the hotel had contacted me before my arrival, I could’ve brought my own small pillow which would have not had interfered with my sleep.

Wonderful stay! Super clean, very nice and comfy beds. Location is very close to Old Town and restaurants.

Rooms are very clean and up to date. Aircon is easy to operate and effective, which makes a change. Coffee machine was good once I'd figured out how to use it. Wish there was milk or creamer. Breakfast is excellent with most things and good coffee. I had dinner at 10pm and lunch the next day and the food is really good. However, the room price was higher than I would of expected TBH. Plus Expedia say there is an airport courtesy vehicle and when tried to book it they wanted 200 lev.

The hotel is centrally located. The room is modern and well-equipped. The staff was very friendly. I recommend visiting the gym and the wellness area; both are in very good shape.
