Friendly staff, enthusiastic customer support. The hotel has 2 indoor and outdoor swimming pools so it is very convenient. Children's playroom is clean. My family arrived earlier than check-in time and were supported with early check-in. Quick receipt and payment procedures.

The room is very spacious, elegant and clean. The hotel has a good weekend breakfast but not too rich. On winter weekends, check-in and check-in take a while. The weekend price is okay compared to other 4 and 5 star hotels in the same location.

Everything is ok, clean, the receptionists are enthusiastic and cute. However, parking a motorbike in the basement is quite complicated and difficult. If you ride a motorbike, please note that you should ask the hotel for free parking tickets for guests staying at the hotel. Otherwise, you will be charged a parking fee (15k/day).

Booked a room through traveloka but couldn't get a red invoice

Beautiful location on Hon Gai, near the coastal road, but a bit far from Bai Chay beach. There is free underground parking for guests, and an outdoor swimming pool. However, the toilet in my room number 2001 was clogged so it was a bit sad. The rest is relatively okay.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel service was very good, the space was airy and the accommodation was comfortable, nothing to complain about.
