Terrible stay, not appropriate for families traveling with small kids. Horrible experience from the minute of arrival to the departure. NOT a family hotel. I checked out on the 29th of June and the hotel still has not refunded the remainder of the reservation. Horrible experience and the front desk agents aren't kind or understand human condition. Agents refused to provide names and absolutely rude with every encounter.

The room where really small, as it’s a please just if you need to carry some business around, however if you are seeking comfort ask for a bigger space room.

Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia con el check-in fue muy desagradable. Aunque el horario de entrada estaba pautado para las 3:00 p.m., no nos asignaron las habitaciones sino hasta las 7:00 p.m. Al llegar, preguntamos si podíamos ingresar antes o dejar las maletas, y nos dijeron que no tenían espacio disponible. Salimos a cenar y regresamos dos horas después, y aún así nos informaron que debíamos seguir esperando. Recién después de insistir en la recepción y mostrar nuestra molestia, nos asignaron las habitaciones pasadas las 6:30 p.m. Un servicio muy decepcionante para un hotel de esta categoría.

The location of the property is excellent, but the customer service could be improved with a friendlier demeanor.

Nice hotel in Marly - brekfast is great. Keep in mind though the rooms can be quite noisy - there are clubs playing music until the early hours on Saturday night.

Love the installations of the building but staff could’ve been more helpful.

En general todo bien tienen agua caliente, limpieza , tiene desayuno,recepción 24 hrs . Lo único es q los cuartos son muy pequeños y las camas algo duras si solo vas por unos días está perfecto . Hay un bar muy cerca q d jueves a sábado se escucha muy fuerte el sonido

It is good overall, the personal, the service and the cleanness was excelent, the bed was good as well but the space at the best room and bathroom is too small.

The room is too small, no space for nothing. The odor when you take a shower is horrible. U can hear everything from outside. If u can check we did the check out a day after. We have to move to another hotel. The staff really nice

nice until my friend came to see me and asked the security to watch the car in front of the door for 10 minutes someone brook his rear car window and no one helped us review the camera and how this happened I think the hotel should compensate my friend for this damage

👍: Location. Close to 7th Avenue and 13th street. Nice shower and excellent tv broadcasting system 👎: Bed is too hard. Bathroom little small.
