The rooms were wonderful very spacious with a great use of the space. The Hideaway Murphy bed was a great addition and the full kitchen was as well. The location of the hotel is great with access to multiple subway lines and very close to the river and South St., Seaport. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive and helpful. Could not have asked for more, this place is highly recommended by me.

What a perfect hotel for our family! We loved the size, comfort, and especially the number of bathrooms. The hotel is located in an accessible area, just right for our needs! As a bonus, the view is stunning and the decor is calming.

everything was excellent only a few issues no wifi but I always carry mobile wifi and laundry room was out of service but other then that friendly staff and very clean. my family enjoyed it and the location was great!

The location is wonderful! Pier 17, is so close. But if you booked a room with a kitchenette be aware that there is NO Coffeemaker!!!!!!

While the staff were friendly and helpful, the room itself was quite outdated. I booked a studio room, but upon checking in, I found there was no bed, only a couch. I had to ask a staff member for assistance in bringing down a bed, and the light duvet provided had no cover, which I found quite puzzling. Overall, I felt uncomfortable during my stay.

We had a huge room with a separate bedroom and workspace. It was a great place to stay

The stay was great, but it was a bit noisy. That’s us being on the 26th floor. Traffic noise and and intercom noise I’m thinking from the ferry. First we thought there was a protest going on. Also, the laundry room was down during our week stay. Overall it was a good experience! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay at any of their locations.

Everything was great! Room was big and the staff was friendly. They even gave us some free coffee passes for first time stay in NYC. Good location close to the subways as well, highly recommend.

Convenient apartment units in a great location. 3 bedroom sky unit is constructed out of 3 studio apartments with a kitchenette. A larger kitchen with more utensils would make this unit much better. While the onsite laundry machines are not working, management provided complimentary laundry services.

This is the best hotel for the value in the entire New York City. Staff is professionally trained, amenities are great, room is clean and modern. Lots of young people stay here. Great shared space like a kitchen lounge, a patio, a gym, and an amazing lobby. I would definitely recommend!

What a disappointment! Placemkr Wall St used to be a favorite. The property has gone down tremendously. When I arrived, the suite was dirty. The stove hadnt been cleaned. The laundry room was out of order. There was no communication that it would be during my stay.

This will absolutely be the place we stay every time we visit NYC!! Clean, convenient, comfortable.
