Recepcionistas muito atenciosos. Café da manhã com bastante variedade. Não gostei do cheiro do quarto (cheiro de dedetizador) e lençóis não me pareciam completamente limpos. O chuveiro é maravilhoso com ótima pressão.

Hotel novo, quarto limpo, foi ótimo para a passagem que estávamos fazendo. Café da manhã não tinha nada de mais. Fica numa região central, barulhenta e não trazendo muita sensação de segurança.

Good location, easy to park and get out.

Good hotel with pleasant staff however in the middle of nowhere. The only restaurant around is Domino’s. To top it off they don’t even offer a proper glass in your room. It was very fine plastic that crumpled when you held it. Toilet paper came out of a dispenser that ripped as you took it out. Really made you feel like they were cutting every corner possible. Very good breakfast.

Our recent stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my visit - attentive, professional, and always willing to help. They went above and beyond by offering fantastic local recommendations that led us to some hidden gems we wouldn't have discovered otherwise. When we checked out, they graciously held our luggage while we spent the afternoon at the mall, which was incredibly convenient. The room was wonderfully quiet, allowing for peaceful nights of rest without any disturbances from hallway or street noise. The location is convenient, close to the Porto Alegre airport and shopping malls. The coffee and breakfast was very delicious and worth the small extra cost. While the bathroom was generally clean, I did notice some mildew in the shower area that could use attention. However, this minor issue was overshadowed by the overall cleanliness of the room and the excellence of everything else. The comfortable bed, well-maintained facilities, and pleasant atmosphere made for a highly enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to returning in the future.

We arrived late at night, and there's limited parking on-site. We were forced to park off-site, a few buildings down the road on a parking lot. Breakfast was a bit sparse for the price they charge, I expected more. Overall, a good value for the location.

Hotel looked bran new. Rooms had everything you needed. Excellent shower. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It was my first time here, but certainly not the last. It is well-decorated, and the room was very comfortable, very clean, with a very good bed and sheets. I particularly liked the room's small safe, which was large enough to store my computer and other valuables.

Super bem localizado, com restaurantes, cafés, farmácias próximo. Hotel novo, com atendimento excelente na recepção e na entrega do carro ao manobrista. Recomendo pelo atendimento e localização.

Excelente custo/beneficio. Ótima localização. Desta vez nos colocaram em um apartamento com ar condicionado, amenizou a friaca de 10 graus em setembro.

Não circulei nos arredores, não tive tempo.

Ótima localização pra chegar no aeroporto, estacionamento com manobrista file rápido. Quarto aconchegante, cama boa (poderia ser maior pra casal) ótimo banheiro. Não tomei o café então não posso avaliar mas tem horário amplo!
