Property was brilliant but really needs a lift as having to do several trips up and down stairs with all belongings was a bit inconvenient as you have to leave your belongings unattended downstairs whilst you go back to collect the rest of your belongings

Lovely stay at the Orida Maidstone. Room large and comfortable. Nice bedding and fluffy towels and very clean. Staff all very friendly so nothing to complain about. Would definitely stay there again.

Good location. Our shower water pressure was really low and there is no hair conditioner available.

The hotel was good, but it was the staff that made the difference - all of them were friendly, polite & professional - I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Large room reasonable location and price for proximity to channel tunnel. Room a little tired with large chip in the sink. Bedding clean

The bedrooms are very dated and could do with redecorating and air conditioning installed. The pool water was a bit cloudy so, not very inviting, but overall enjoyed the sauna and steam room. The food choice in the restaurant was as expected for a hotel, but very nice and not too expensive

Really enjoyed our stay. Family room was plenty large enough and comfortable and clean. Staff really helpful and friendly and the breakfast was fantastic quality. Having the use of the pool and facilities really topped it off for all the family. We would definitely stay again.

The property was very nice and comfortable and I would recommend staying here. The staff were very pleasant, the one gripe I would have is the bar/coffee area only had 1 member of staff serving so at busy times you could be waiting a longer time than you may appreciate to get served.

Spotted a bug in the bed. Gym was nice though. Great big old hotel. No elevator.

Good overall. Great location. Nice restaurant. Discount on meals if you don't have room serviced during your stay. A little tired in places but clean and good value.The only significant negative is the £6 a day car park charge but this was made clear at time of booking.

Hotel room was basic but was looking a little tired decor wise. Poor pressure for the shower but manageable. Breakfasts were good with a good choice, the meals were also of a good quality.

Orida is a spacious property, with great facilities to hold your wedding, party, conference, and includes a gym and Spa. Had a massage, so a nice bonus to taking the trip. The space is clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was ok. We had breakfast (vegan hot food missing), lunch on the first day and dinner (both nights).. The hotel was well used by friends and family and did not lack customers. Near a local M & S and Next that included extra shops, like Bath and Body Works. Great break...

We arrived after midnight for an overnight family stay before an early ferry from Dover. Our 6 year old promptly threw up in reception but the chap checking us in was amazing. We tried to clean up but he insisted he would do it and despite being mortified he made us feel welcome. For what we paid, the hotel was comfortable, 2 large king beds, very clean, good staff and easy location. Would definitely stay again.

Saturday dinner served in bar area due to wedding being held. With the disco could not hear yourself speak. Not enough serving staff on duty for the dinner service. Quite long waits at the table and only one staff member on the bar. Had to fetch own drinks for the table. Breakfast had a good menu but the food was only warm and when placed onto cold plates it quickly became cold food.
