Amazing stay

Fabulous hotel! Following a wonderful welcome, we found our room to be great it every way! The hotel is in a really great location too .

Very friendly staff, good bar, clean room, comfy bed, central location, nice sausages at breakfast.. and well priced.

Room was lovely and the atmosphere in the bar area is brilliant

the street we accessed the Hotel had contractors working with barely space to walk. The hotel is hemmed in on all sides by tall overlooking blocks. Our room heard the waste bins being wheel out during night out. Spacious bedroom, but still no chair or desk to sit on or work from - apart from the kingbed with best ever leather headrest arrangement. Standard room and the bathroom is a tight squeeze. All very upmarket, modern, contemporary, let down by pseudo americanisms. All access controlled by card, even the lift. Not forewarned, second card should be standard not optional extra. One of the least satisfactory breakfast for a long time. Wonky tables designed to spill any drink. Pastiche of an english breakfast. Sausage, bacon, lukewarm solid scrambled egg and bbeans with mini-what? potatoes and tha's it. Positives, great to have 4 milk choices, excellent, Full milk on of for once and a non-dairy. Bread just above standard soggy but the rolls and artisan loaf to cut to thickness you want as great.But you are on your own, even clearing your wonky table.

Lovely hotel, well located next to many eating spots. Very friendly staff too.

The night was very noisy and couldn't sleep. Apart from that everything was good.

Friendly staff and helpful, Great stay with my 13 year old grandson . Ideal hotel for him with a lobby area geared to be friendly and entertaining.

Friendly staff on check in, hotel is clean, spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Would recommend.

Excellent, clean & tidy hotel in an excellent location...

Friendly welcome along with a free drink voucher, so that was a good start. We really liked our corner room (710) as it had a comfy bed & soft pillows and was so quiet. Breakfast was good quality and set us up for the day.

Amazing fantastic location

Don’t stay here on a Saturday if you plan on getting any sleep. It’s like being in a club. The noise from outside is horrific. 345am and it’s so loud I can hear it through headphones. Absolutely awful placement for a hotel.
