All the pans dirty and the towel also been dusty, have someone extra food at refrigerator and the air conditioner not working is so hot

Great location by the trains - room was a bit too warm even after setting the a/c to maximum cooling. Staff was great.

I was very impressed by this establishment. Their kids play space was a huge bonus as well as their laundry facilities. I would definitely stay again and will be recommending to others.

The hotel was not in the location that I wanted. I booked this hotel as it was a highrise according to the photo, but in fact the hotel was only the bottom 4 floors. Disappointed! If you need to be in this particular location then I am sure it will satisfy. The train station is right across street which was convenient. I walked into Bern, so I can't comment on specifics. Room was modern and spotless. Unfortunately for me, pillows were not good, so that didn't help me sleep. They had no reasonable alternative. I do have to say the internet was the slowest I have ever encountered. Very frustrating! Even if watching tv, it would stop and ask you to log into a Google account. Not sure what all that was about??? Lastly, please change to softer toilet paper. Staff were all very nice.
