Well thought out hotel. Had everything we wanted. Room a good size and modern. Sink in bathroom too small for tap so quite a bit of splashing!

Great service as ever

Room was great. The food was lovely. The cocktails were pricey but were good. The room service took so long to come and only had one item on the menu.l

Lovely hotel but the service levels are appalling. Booked 4 rooms to be told by the most unhelpful man at reception that we’d only booked two rooms, didn’t try and help, just repeated the same thing over and over again. Same at the bar, took an age to be served. Avoid this hotel

We had a fantastic family stay at the Hilton Woking – the rooms were modern, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
