Great staff and location! Easy to check in/check out, would stay here again

We were given a spacious and very clean room in a recently renovated building. The bathroom was large, spotless, and well-designed, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The only downside was the lack of a proper breakfast option, though it wasn’t expected or included. Aside from that, everything was excellent. This place definitely deserves a 5-star rating.

Close to train terminal, convenient, close to historic downtown and restaurants. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Perfect location and great host!

Unbelievably small room. I can't rank this as a hotel. 2 people cannot walk in the room.

Stayed for five nights. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Rooms were very clean. Was fairly close to the Duomo. Beds were not comfortable unfortunately but we're okay.

This place was awesome. I got super sick and they helped me get a Dr, grabbed prescriptions, and made sure I was feeling better before I left. Very kind staff. They also, provided great recommendations, the bed was comfy, and it was a pleasant quiet place. Easily the best hotel I stayed out during my 2 week stay in Italy.

The property was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would have preferred a place just a bit closer to the core area but this suited our needs and was not too far of a walk.

It's a reasonable walk to and from the train station so that is super convenient. The rooms are clean. Entirely adequate. It's a little ways away from the main centre but it is not too long a walk. If you enjoy walking and don't mind not being in the middle of everything this is a good place to stay. Water pressure is good. Beds are comfortable. Staff are spectacular.

Staff are nice and hotel is clean

The location was reasonably close to attractions and the train station which was very nice for us. You have to walk some, but it was not a problem (we travelled in October, so the temperature was not too hot). The staff was great and very helpful. Room was small but still comfortable for us.

Great staff, easy walk to attractions

We had a triple room and size was great for my husband, myself and son for one night, or two the other 3 nights. The showers do leak onto bathroom floor, and we needed to clean up water after most showers. I would definitely stay here again, it’s a good value, we did the breakfast one day for 7€ each and it was great. We couldn’t sleep with windows open, because it was too loud in the neighborhood.

Very nice stay. Beds were somewhat comfortable. Shower eas nice. It had what we needed to be comfortable.

-The good: Good bed. Air conditioning worked well. Nice windows. High ceiling. Elevator worked. -The not so good: No water glasses. No face cloths. Hallways scattered with sheets and other cleaning supplies. Too far from centre, farther than they say in Expedia. 7 EU breakfast not a good deal as it was minimalist. Very noisy with lots of banging and stomping at night and garbage pickup at 6 AM. Insufficient storage for clothing. No storage space in bathroom. Minimal decor.

The hotel is in a good quiet location but very close to the centre and 10 mins walk from the train station. The rooms are clean and have everything needed for a nice enjoyable stay.

The hotel is small but situated walking distance from the train station. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The hotel is very clean. Several blocks away there are many places to dine including a mixture of restaurants. Lovely hotel!
