Absolutely amazing hotel . Smell in the lobby , attentive stuff , quiet music , facilities - everything was the highest level

Just back from a week staying at Next Savoy Signature. We booked a studio room with sea view and were not disappointed. The room was large & bed very comfortable. It had a large balcony overlooking the pool & sea. Staff all very friendly & helpful. Breakfast buffet was amazing, huge choice of hot & cold food. We also had an evening meal in the restaurant by the pool, food & staff there were excellent also. I would highly recommend & would stay there again if returning to Madeira.

Room was very cold and AC was defective, no coffee provided, room service was unavailable, no water, shampoo, body lotion, robes, or slippers provided. Stay was mediocre for the pric.

perfect staycation !

The room was clean, we had great service for the time we were there. The only negative point was the smell in hallway during the day. It smelled like sewer those Times but when we entered the room it was ok. We had a room in the second building next to the pool with a kitchen Which was useful and well equiped. The location is perfect, not too close but not too far from the city, a 15-20 minutes walk.

Tidy rooms, amazing facilities and great hotel all round

Good= location next to the beach, close to many restaurants, good value. Bad= queen bed was 2 singles pushed together, mattress was hard& uncomfortable , coffee at breakfast buffet was disgusting.

Property was very noisy and the staff seemed non existent

The hotel is ideally located and short walk to the town and local restaurants. The pools are great with beach/sea access. We did find it disappointing that on several occasions when trying to get a sun lounger, it was impossible due to people taking them for the full day. Service was very hit and miss with waits at the bar as well as reception for any assistance. We had been promised a welcome drink due to a sepcial occasion which never arised, even when we asked about it. Overall, service levels can certainly be improved.

Amazing stay, staff went out of their way to make sure we were looked after and that seemed to be the norm.

Lovely modern, clean hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfasts and great pools, very relaxing break.

Stunning hotel, very comfortable and quiet room with a beautiful view of the sea. Lovely pool, gym and sauna. Great location, 25 mins walk to the old town and 5 mins to some lovely bars and restaurants. The only let down was the staff really…they were the least friendly we came across in Madeira. We were not impressed with the service fee that was automatically added to every bill considering the poor level of service. The friendliest member of staff we came across was the guy that was on reception when we checked out at 3am! Also the drinks weren’t very nice and were very expensive.

**Unacceptable Experience with Ant Infestation and Staff Attitude** I recently stayed at the Next Savoy Hotel and was deeply disappointed by the experience. Over the course of three days, I repeatedly informed the hotel staff about an ant infestation in my room. Ants were crawling on the bed, floor, kitchen table, and kitchen area. Despite notifying them multiple times, the response I received was shockingly dismissive. One staff member openly admitted, "We get this complaint a lot, I’ll be honest there’s nothing we can do but clean your room again." This is unacceptable—repeated cleaning without addressing the root of the problem does not resolve the issue. To make matters worse, another staff member implied that we also have ants in our home. This insinuation was both offensive and unprofessional. As paying guests, we expect a clean and comfortable environment, not judgment or excuses. At a Marriott or Hyatt property we would atleast be offered a new room.

The Hotel was excellent, the staff at Reception were very helpful as were the Cleaning Staff.
