Clean and safe hotel with an excellent breakfast included. Very nice restaurant attached, and an easy walk to the downtown area.

The rooms were beautiful and the beds were very cozy. Everything was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was great. It was a nice location across the street from the lake.

Very good value forthe money. Very good place to stay if all you need is a place to sleep.

Stayed here for one night and really enjoyed it. We stayed in room 312 which gave us a sidewards view of the lake as well. Everything was clean. The heating could be adjusted, the was a fridge, a safe and a TV. The bed was very comfortable, we slept very well. The breakfast was very nice, just like on the pictures. You can also get eggs made fresh for you. We could park our car for free and pay the hotel bill in USD with credit card. There is several places within short walking distance from the hotel. Overall a very good experience!

Location was excellent near the lake. The room left a lot to be desired. No trash container in the room. No light bulb in the lamp on the desk. The bathtub was extrodinarrily high which made it impossible to enter for the elderly so we had a washdown outside of the shower and bath.

Great hotel really liked it. A little out of town but a nice walk or quick bus and your there. Nice restusnts around as well.

Rooms were adequate, clean, kind of smallish, good location next to beach and restaurants.

Desk staff very friendly and helpful. They arranged our taxi to the airport and held our bags after check out while we walked around town. Excellent restaurant associated with it and is where the breakfast is held. The hotel was extremely clean and neat. It is a 30 minute walk along the lake to city center

The narrowness of the room put me off and spoiled my stay at the hotel.

The hotel is situated at the furthest end of the beach away from the town which was very nice for us as it was quiet at night time but we could still walk to some good restaurants for dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful, organising car hire and taxis for us etc. The rooms are a bit small but perfectly adequate for a short stay. Our only complaint was that being on the top floor he room was stiflingly hot at night and there was no aircon. We had a fan in the room but it wasn't very effective.

We were greeted by a friendly front desk clerk (Carlos) and checked in quick. The room is well appointed, clean and comfortable
