Nathalia made sure every detail of our stay was perfect—not only for us, but also for our guests. Her attention and care truly made the difference. We will keep coming back

We always love staying at the Rosewood. Definitely the best hotel in SP.

We recently stayed at the Rosewood São Paulo for the second time, and once again, the experience reminded us why we love this hotel so much. Our first stay was absolutely flawless—everything from the room to the service was impeccable. On our second visit, we encountered a few hiccups at the beginning, but what truly impressed us was how the situation was handled. Natalia, the manager, and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything was corrected promptly. Not only did she take care of every detail with genuine care and professionalism, but she also made sure that both us and our guests felt incredibly welcomed and valued. Thanks to her, the rest of our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Rosewood São Paulo continues to be our favorite place to stay in the city and one of our favorites in the world. We will definitely be coming back!

My wife and i have stayed in all the nicest in SP and Rosewood tops them all! Best service, amazing facilities, and great Restaurants. We happen to be at Rosewood for the Easter brunch(amazing), and they got us a table even thought fully booked. Truly a 6 star hotel.

If there were an option to provide 6 stars instead of 5, I would.

At least in our experience, I cannot pinpoint one flaw about the service, amenities, beauty and lux of this hotel. It provides so many difference experiences among the several different restaurants and two pools. Make sure to book a hotel tour on your first day with Priscilla Chien and make your stay extra special. We can wait to go back!

Excellent hotel, excellent service, beautiful rooms and commonareas, great restaurants

The stay here for 2 nights was absolutely amazing. The staff is so professional, very friendly, they have a personal trainer 24 hours available in the gym and even fruit to eat after a work out. Every detail inside the hotel room is carefully put together and the craftsmanship is excellent. I would 10/10 recommend a stay here and it’s worth every dollar you pay.
