Bed bugs!!!

We loved our short stay. Information provided to get into building & room was perfect… bed was super comfy. Chris always greeted us with a smile & a hello. Great advice on dining locations.

I liked it because it was convenient to transportation and I to liked the coffee bar where I could have as much as I wanted. The only thing I didn't like was that I had a hard time with the door Locks

We loved that it was clean and when we asked for help we were greeted with wonderful service. Essam and Chris - excellent! The location was also terrific!

I checked into this hotel and it was extremely dirty. Stains in the carpet in the bedroom. Dirt ring around the bathtub, marking on the walls, paint chipping, and a very poor AC system. It also reeked of a very strong spray paint smell. Additionally, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything happening in the very tiny rooms next to you. You can get way more bang for your buck elsewhere..

Too much noise !

Its a very decent price for a lovely place. Soap is included but a few amenities are a little poor like drinkable water in the rooms, lack of easy control over the lighting, and needing a couple chairs instead of the one for a couple's room. Eating in the hotel for a romantic night is always a possibility, and no one wants to stain the bed. That said the place was very clean and gorgeous, with good wifi, easy walking distance to wonderful ethnic restaurants, and the bed was quite comfortable, the provided soaps of good quality, and a solid deal for the price.

Was is a quiet area and was a walk to the touristy area. There was food 1 street over. My room was so noisy, they gavevyou ear plugs. Below ground room, with the buildings ac condenser 1 foot from the room. Wish I had known that when booking the room. Would stay there again, but not if near the ac condenser. "E" the manager, was very nice a d helpful.

Location is really good but amenities could have been much better, i got no coffee refills in my room after the first night so had to go get some, the check in procedure was confusing and all online, there was hardly ever any staff at the front desk over 4 days and you get into the hotel and your room with a 5 digit code, no key which is very weird.

The hotel and location was overall good. The only issue is that there are no staff members present at the hotel. There isn’t anyone you can contact because they won’t answer you.

I didn’t even check-in and i try to contact them and they just charge me for 4 nights that i didn’t stay and i told to cancel it many times before my check-in time and i am really disappointed

It was nice and tha area was awesome

though it’s a little odd not having a traditional front desk, this arrangement works well - the staff maintained a presence via texting and I always had what I needed - I recommend this hotel

Everything okay

Great stay for a single night. A bit of trouble to start the stay as there were problems with the room door code. Initially nobody responded to the messaging system but I found the managers number on a business card in the lobby and was able to reach him there. He arrived very shortly after to help it took two more codes to try before finally getting in. The room was cozy and fit my needs. The bathroom door handle was busted and the tv had some dead pixel lines. There is some fridges in the lobby for your storage. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming again.
