Sky Hotel is in an excellent location, a very short walk to the Old Town also the railway station and large shopping mall. the hotel is in top condition and spotlessly clean. Good fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast is OK, but there is no full restaurant, just a small menu at the bar. Effective aircon, also good powerful shower. (small gripe is the lack of English language TV channels, only news being Al Jazeira!)

We just left this fabulous property today. I can’t imagine a hotel in Krakow that’s in a better location. Just a few minutes across the square is Kraków’s main train station, connected to one of Poland’s largest shopping malls. It’s a 10 minute walk to the Old Krakow town square where we ate every evening. Side note - the prices in Poland are amazing when compared to North America. A nice dinner for two, with wine, beer, etc. will run you $50-$75 CAD total, depending what you order. Items in local stores are also cheap including beer, fresh sandwiches, snacks, etc. Back to the hotel itself, this is a newly renovated, modern facility. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped and the daily breakfast had every option you could want. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing hotel and I definitely will choose to stay here again! The location is superb for transit, walking, shopping and dining. The Wifi worked well and my room was modern, clean and very spacious. The staff were all incredible and so warm throughout my stay - very accommodating and helpful.

Good location. Near to main train station, shopping mall and old town. You hardly hear the trains and trams even though the hotel is next to the tracks.

we had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The room was very clean and the beds comfortable, the breakfast food was amazing! it had a great selection and it was very fresh and tasted amazing! The staff was attentive and pleasant. I was staying with my daughter and we both loved it there. We will definitely consider staying there again when we are back in Krakow and would highly recommend it to our friends.

Nice hotel close to train station but right next to tracks. If your room is on east side you will hear trains throughout the night although windows were quite noise insulating. Room small but adequate. Very clean, everything worked. I so up L stay there again.

Lovely hotel, very clean, bright and spacious Welcoming reception staff This hotel is by the railway lines but this didn’t disturb us at all and is ideal if travelling by rail

This is a well maintained hotel with exceptional customer service, comfortable rooms, a nice restaurant, located in the city. We were able to easily walk to a convenience store up the street and also buy pizza from a small shop on our walk back. We accidentally left a few charging cords after we checked out and we were immediately emailed and given three options to remedy our oversight. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Great stay and close to old city

A very enjoyable stay. The property is very well kept and quiet whilst it’s very centrally located. Easy to get to from the airport.

We stayed here for our first city break as a couple and absolutely loved this hotel! We want to return to Krakow later in the year and will definitely be booking here again. Staff are friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and the presentation of the hotel was beautiful and modern. We had a great stay!
