Loved our stay here! Everyone was extra nice and helpful! We liked the food at the downstairs restaurant, BARRA.

Clean room just a little noisy neighbours with doors slamming but either than that would recommend. Staff was amazing and cleaning staff was astonishing

Absolutely amazing hotel. The room is so comfortable, absolute best shower ever, and prime location. The rooftop is beautiful, as well as, the lobby. The staff is top notch- most kind, attentive, helpful. We loved it and would definitely go back.

Rooms are a bit of a challenge compared to traditional hotels

VERY nice modern property with quiet rooms and all the amenities you would expect from a Thompson. Close to all the tourist attractions and shopping. I would recommend for a visit to Madrid.

Great place and location

The property and staff were great. Room service was overpriced. We paid 80 E for a 1 person pizza, a cheesburger and club sandwich with a small bag of potato chips.

Absolutely fantastic. Visited Madrid during a heat wave and arrived with serious jet lag from Los Angeles. The Thompson provided a perfect room to recover - extremely comfortable bed, delicious room service meals, blackout curtains and total silence all night - oh, and perfect air conditioning. They secured me a 5:30am taxi and wake up call upon departure. The rooftop pool is magnificent. Will be staying here again and again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Thompson Madrid. This elegant hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable, with thoughtful details and modern amenities throughout. The staff was truly outstanding—warm, intelligent, and always eager to assist with anything we needed. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool and bar, which offered a peaceful retreat from the city below. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid.

Amazing hotel and staff. Best pillows 🙌 love them at is central to everything, love the rooftop terrace. Wish the pool was a bit warmer as it was very cold specially for summer. But other than that loved my stay.
