The hotel is in a great location for walking around Saville. Hotel is clean, reception stall excellent. Room was clean, spacious and good AC. The rooftop bar is a disaster, great views, good seating but the staff are very badly trained and don’t know how to efficiently serve multiple tables. The bar management appeared to make things worse, no direction to the staff, made staff nervous and just constantly on his phone. Serious delays getting served at every table around us, no continuity of servers to any table causing total confusion.

What an amazing hotel! This was certainly one of the best we have stayed in. The rooms we're fabulous, the view was stunning, and the local was perfect. We would definitely stay again as soon as we can!

Best hotel I stayed in years. Room are big, its a real soundproof wall, bathroom had shower and a bath. Amazing hotel in Seville. Will recommand to anayone.

Our rooms were comfortable, well appointed and very quiet. Loved the excellent service and all of the design details and amenities. The hotel was also convenient to all of our tourist destinations.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the food and arrival gifts were amazing, and the rooms were so comfortable. The bathroom tub! the comfortable bed! The breakfast! The location was right in the center and so close to everything. Would come back and stay again.

A beautiful room in a perfect central location. The hotel is tastefully presented, the roof terrace bar offers stunning views over the city and the staff are helpful and attentive. Perfect stay.

Overall it was great

This hotel is extremely well located and in excellent condition. Its rooftop bar has an excellent view to the Cathedral and the Giralda. When we arrived we were given a room upgrade to the Buena suerte suite which had an espectacular view as well. The room was large, comfortable and very well appointed. The room had surprise little gifts allegorical to Sevilla and fresh flowers were brought up to the room. The staff was very helpful with all our requests and when it was raining, they had umbrellas at the door for us. The hotel lobby was especially decorated for Semana Santa as the hotel is right on the path of the processions. We loved our stay and would recommend it to friends and family.

Wonderful stay

Excellent location and great service

An amazing stay at the Querencia and definitely a place we will return to in the future. The hotel is very smartly setup and upon arrival we were checked in and show around our room to explain all the amenities. Staff were always very open to any questions about Seville as a City. The hotel has a nice gym and the breakfast was fabulous every morning. Once again the staff were always helpful in the breakfast room. There is also a rooftop bar which we visited and found to be very nice and not overly expensive. The views from the rooftop are also very good, particularly on a good day. We will certainly return when we venture back to the lovely city of Seville in the future and based on the hotel group will look at their other options for other trips.

Central location

This is a beautiful hotel, all the staff have been nice to us. Rooms are very nice, modern but with a Sevillana touch.

My stay was great, the bed was very comfortable and the area was within walking distance to the cathedral and alcazar. A lot of restaurants in the area as well.
