The room was spotless and very thing was very clean.

I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel is beautiful, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I especially loved the room—it had a small living room area, and the bed was set apart, almost like having two separate rooms. It felt spacious and cozy at the same time. Would definitely stay here again!

Greasy finger marks on all counters and night stands. Not cleaned. Breakfast buffet was not good. Trash can in the ice/vending room was not changed during our 2 night stay and it had fish in it. Horrible smells!

That was a small bug behind the toilet and one of the blankets that housekeeping brought to us had hair in the blanket all of somebody’s body

We asked for a couple of things, and they were happy to oblidge. Staff was thoughtful, detail oriented and on point. We always enjoy our stay here.

Nice set up for the sitting are and seperate area for the sleep are..AC was not super cold like we like it.70F is the lowest the room got.

Not the typical embassy stay. The breakfast was not amazingly good as it usually is. My AC did not work well and we were right above a noisy bar.

On a Friday night the bar is loud until 11pm! Understand, but we were not there for party. More so a busy weekend.

The area was right where I needed to be hotel was nice well kept just wish the breakfast was a lot better and that it was a little bit quieter. But over all I would definitely visit again

Booked a suite to accommodate our travel with a <1yr old and the hotel over booked and downgraded our room to a studio. They gave us a discount thag didnt even cover the fees to upgrade to the suite to begin with, but finally gave us more after we complained. Overall, made for a fairly poor experience at the hotel.

The hotel’s front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the toilet not flushing completely but the maintenance staff was quick to correct the problem. The neighborhood has a lot of places to get something to eat, and the outlets are pretty much right next door.
