Lovely hotel, convenient and with great breakfast

I really love the place for our first time in poland close to the city and the old town.

Great place to stay

Super friendly staff in a convenient city centre location. The small kitchenette was a bonus for us, who are familiar with the shops and local area, meaning we could make some convenient breakfasts, beyond the basics you can normally achieve in a hotel room.

Great location

Overall it is a good choice for a hotel in the city center with good dinning options near by and transportation options. Stayed there multiple times but this property is getting dated in some aspects (golden accents rubbing off, squeaky toilets, water coming out of 70% of the shower head). Overall I would give it 8/10.

The place is very nice and clean .it has spacious rooms that are fitted with everything one could need. Staff are friendly and very helpful.perfect location .the only down side is a very narrow underground parking entrance in

This time was the worst stay among several visit due to poor reception in check in and check out. They are not professional at all to take care of guest hospitality with appropriate information for membership of gold or vip. Even though I explained them the benefits as a vip membership, they did not understand and refuse to provide as it does. This system of membership may not work well in this hotel or Hotels.com. Confused.

Clean, relatively close to transport and dining options.

Our room was not ready when we arrived, but we were offered tea and coffee in a comfy lounge. Check in was quick, directions to our room and the lifts were clear. Our room was beautiful, great size, spotless, small kitchen with fridge and small hob. Bathroom was a great size and clean. The gym was a good size, lots of cardio equipment and free weights, very clean. We are on a budget, so do not eat in hotels, but there are so many reasonably priced local options. We like to walk everywhere and most places we walked including the old town was a 30 minute walk and 20 mins to the train station and big shopping centre. I would choose a Royal Tulip Hotel again.

Excellent location with easy access to many areas in the city. Super comfortable room and the balcony was a nice addition. So many eating and drinking spots nearby as well as gardens and museums. We felt well looked after as a family. Would 100% stay at Royal Tulip again!

The property was very nice everything about it was well thought out,the rooms that we had were very comfortable the place was very quiet and the staff was very helpful and nice. Definitely a place to stay at on my next visit.. it's an hidden Gem.
