Nice quiet hotel, close to restaurants and a big outlet mall within walking distance, breakfast choices although not a lot were well chosen.Parking fee a little expensive, transportation to the parks very limited and my only gripe is with the lack of shelves or hooks in the bathroom, no place to hang the towels or anything at all .Overall it was a nice stay and I will recommend this property to friends and family.

We had a great stay at Spot X. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a very convenient location near shopping, restaurants, and the parks. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The room was comfortable with a nice bed and good shower. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you want good value and a comfortable place to stay in Orlando.

I like that there was no carpeting in our room. I thought charging $19 a day for self parking was quite expensive. For that reason, I will not stay here again.

This has been the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life.

After a 6 day stay I would not recommend this option to neither my friends, colleagues nor my worse enemies! While my girlfriend stayed here a few years ago and recommended it for our stay, we were quickly shocked during the initial check-in. We were charged $19 a day for parking! Which I would admit is stated during the booking process just not without a little more effort to find. Especially considering how much that can effect your budget abruptly on day one! Which left a bad impression on what should be a great start to a vacation. Moreover, the complimentary breakfast was good but nothing to call home about. Plus, housekeeping felt like something that is usually done for you as your stay progresses. This hotel makes you request it and if you do not they will not attend the room. Which is fine, yet when we requested it and relayed to the front desk that we would not be in our rooms starting at 12; they stated that the room will be serviced then. We returned at 4pm to the room unattended! When I asked the front desk what happened I was meet with an attitude and a response of “they work till 5 so they just have not made it to your room yet.” Again if that’s the policy that is fine, just state it so I don’t look crazy when I come back and nothing was done! We would’ve came back later so they would have ample time to tidy up, instead of having to deal with the rudeness of the front desk! Overall, the stay was fine. Especially if you’re just there to sleep. I will not return!

My only concern is paying for the parking and no safety around. Is an open parking and got a lot of entrances. But definitely stay again love it

Overall average for the price. Location was convenient. Breakfast was decent but had too many tables in the main area which made it hard to maneuver. Rooms were lacking drawer space to unpack for a four day trip. Bed was less than comfortable. Too soft and sunk in the middle with weight of two people.
