The room does not have regular hot water. The owner is not welcoming or enthusiastic in supporting, slow and indifferent in handling. The room lacks hangers so things have to be left lying around, the toilet paper is not of good quality. You come back wet from the rain and have nothing. to hang up all the clothes, the room is normal. Cleaning tools, bed sheets, towels are thrown haphazardly in the hotel elevator. Unprofessional. I don't understand why 9.0 on agoda 2023, will not come back

I stayed in room 302, it was a bit small, but the hotel was very clean (new room), had a fan, the bathroom was clean and airy, had hot and cold water, the TV worked smoothly, there was also Netflix, there was an elevator, minus 1 dong the night I stayed in the room to make noodles but the kettle was broken, the owner said yes, I got a room on sale for 190k so I didn't ask for much, next time I have the chance I will come back
