The sales staff were very supportive. I booked a city view room and they upgraded it for free to a room with both sea and city view. If I have a chance to come back to Nha Trang, I will book again.

The elevators are sometimes a bit crowded.

When I arrived, I found out that it was not a hotel but a private rental property. If I wanted to check out, I had to wait for the owner to come down and check the room for 20-30 minutes. Check-in was extremely chaotic because there were many rooms for sale and the check-in counter was small, working slowly, waiting until I was tired and the tour guides of the groups kept cutting in front of their guests. Especially the elevator area was horrible, there were too many guests but the elevator did not match the service efficiency, every time we moved from 12pm to 3pm, we had to stand and argue and scream until we were tired, the guests had children crying loudly, the adults opened the room door and talked loudly, in general it was no different from a market! I will never come back to this place again, the rooms and facilities are just normal, too bad, the experience is very unpleasant and frustrating!

Ris staff is friendly and quick. Whatever I need, they will be there right away. Check-in and check-out are also quick and not as long as what I read in the reviews. I will come back. The rooms are clean, beautiful and airy.

If I had known in advance that the King bed was 2 regular beds put together, I would not have booked this room. Because the person sleeping in the middle is stuck between the two edges of the middle mattress, causing discomfort and loss of sleep.

Staying here is great, lots of amenities, the hotel's customer service is great, my kids and friends love it, but there is one limitation: the elevator card does not connect to the floor, I rented many rooms with my friends but on different floors, it is inconvenient to go up and down the rooms to play, a small suggestion, hoping the service will be perfect. We were upgraded to an ocean view room, this is a studio apartment with a full kitchen, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Exceeded our expectations. We are very happy to have chosen the right hotel for Honeymoon. Thank you hotel staff for your support.

The owner responded enthusiastically every time, the room was as beautiful as the picture, my room was on the 18th floor right in the center of the square, I booked a room facing the sea with a super nice view. Comes with balcony, towels, iron & dryer. Everything is new and comfortable compared to the price range. Points for improvement: the bathroom only has 1 hanger & the parking lot is not numbered so every time it's difficult to find a car, the overnight parking fee is 25k/night.

Beautiful room, good view, complete with kitchen equipment. But the furniture is starting to get old. The bedroom floor is swollen like it's been flooded. Very good location, close to the beach. The swimming pool upstairs is beautiful.

Spacious, convenient, comfortable, clean, next time I will choose it as my number 1 priority when coming to Nha Trang.
