The hotel staff was friendly, but when I entered the room, the toilet tissue roll was wet and smelly, the tissue on the table was out, the glasses looked like they hadn't been cleaned and the towels were a bit smelly, and the only soap was hand soap. Otherwise, it was okay for the price I got for a standard room.

The rooms are clean, spacious and affordable. Will definitely come here again if I go to Bandung. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Super satisfied, highly recommended.
