When I asked for more drinking water and an adapter, they delivered it to my room without me having to wait long. The staff is very friendly, both the female KK and the brother, they are all very friendly. Very clean and tidy. There is a shuttle that can take you to Harbour Bay. Actually, you can walk because you are carrying a suitcase so ask for a shuttle. It is easy to find food around the hotel. There is a Circle K and Alfa 24 hours. Receptionnya sangat buruk tidak senyum, muka masam, masa kita mau minta kunci dibilang saya bookingan, padahal kami suami istri, kemudian pada tanggal 9/3/1023 karena hotel pertamanya full, terpaksa kami pindah lagi ke hotel itu dan sama pelayanan reception cewek jutek dan masam dan kami harus keluar kamar padahal pada saat itu waktunya sholat Jumat. Kami tidak akan pernah menginap di sana lagi sampai kapan pun. Dan suatu saat hotel itu akan saya beli buat beri pelajaran bahwa jangan memandang remeh tamu karena tamu adalah raja.
