We stayed at the Victoria Hotel for four days. The location is excellent, and the neighborhood is quiet, despite being on a major road. The hotel is directly in front of the bus station, next to the hotel, and across from it is a hawker center. It's close to the MRT station, the cathedral, Chijmes, and the Bugis area. The hotel staff were very friendly, check-in was easy, and the room was clean. Thank you, Victoria Hotel.

The hotel is near MRT and Bus, very convenient for traveling, there is a newly opened food court opposite and next to 711. In addition, the room is clean and small, the staff is enthusiastic and cute. My family had a wonderful vacation here.

Clean, comfortable and close to tourist attractions such as Chinatown, Merlion, Bugis which can be reached on foot. For Catholics, you can attend mass at the Singapore Cathedral if you stay on the weekend (3 minutes walk to the church). Overall, it is very good and fits the rental price 👍🙏

Definitely two thumbs up for the front desk staff. It was a great experience at the hotel. We arrived earlier than the designated check-in time, but the room was ready. The only flaw was the air conditioning unit that was making a noise whenever it was on, so it would need some fixing. Overall, fantastic stay at Victoria!

The hotel is very ok, the room is 23m2 but seems big, suitable for families with small children, below the hotel is 711 and the bus station, 5 minutes walk to Bugis Market, MRT is a bit far, 15 minutes walk...!!! From the hotel to the surrounding areas is very convenient...

The location of the hotel is very strategic, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, next to the hotel there is a Seven Eleven Store and to the Bras Basah MRT Station you just need to walk less than 100 m from behind the hotel.

The location is very close to MRT Bras Basah exit 1, in front of the hotel there is a bus stop. Walk everywhere close by. Lots of affordable food around the hotel. The closest is the food court at Bras Basah Complex opposite the hotel. The hotel service and cleanliness were satisfactory. There is a washer and dryer ($8). View of the wall of the next building but the window can be opened, there is fresh air. Minus: for superior rooms on the 4th floor, the position of the AC is in front of the bed, no matter how it is arranged, the wind still hits the body directly. Luckily without AC it wasn't hot in early July. Soundproof is bad, you can clearly hear the sound of people going back and forth in the hallway and opening and closing doors. The most annoying thing is that there continues to be engine noise from somewhere, but after a while you get used to it.

Because of some bad reviews, I was not sure if I should book this hotel, but in the end, it was a clean and good room within walking distance to the main sightseeing spots. We liked it.

The hotel location is very strategic, close to everywhere and the transportation is also good, close to MRT and bus stops. It is very close to the National Library of Singapore, and also close to Bugis Junction. Very satisfying.

The location was great, near Bugis Junction and MRT Bras Basah. The building is next to the SMU. Besides that, the air conditioner seemed to need to be repaired. The other things we find great, as the room was quite spacious and we will definitely come back again.

Superb. Great location. Friendly staff. Spacious room for our family of 4. Various eateries nearby, money changer, and coin-operated laundry. Just excellent.
