The property was located on a very historic street which made exploring the area a ton of fun. The staff was incredible and even made sure we didn’t get wet from the downpour when walking out to our Uber when leaving.

Beautiful modern traditional hotel centrally located in old town Narita!

My son and I had a wonderful experience at Waqoo. They prepared four bottles of wine and sake for us, along with a welcome Matcha Tea. The hotel also has a spacious, quiet public bath. If I ever need to lay over at NRT again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

Very nice hotel close to the airport. However, they do not have an airport shuttle.

Really love staying at this hotel. The Hansen was something that we used each day and was very nice. The only thing I would say to travelers is that the area in which the hotel is located not many restaurants are open during the evening. Most restaurants close at 5 PM. There are a few maybe a handful that stay open to 9. The area is very quiet and clean and close to temples, which is an added bonus.

We stayed here at the end of our trip to Japan instead of going back into Tokyo then having to shuttle back to Narita airport. We really enjoyed it, clean, quiet and a fusion between western style and Japanese traditional. It was very pricey but pleasant.

Have a great experience there with my family. The staffs there are very helpful and attentive. Can really relax and enjoy the environment

Beautiful property in excellent location. Perfect for last night in Japan if leaving from Narita the next day. In historic area and near beautiful and historic temple/ahrine. Property seemed brand new. Staff was perfect .

The property is new, staffs are nice, polite, and helpful. The hotel is right in the area where plenty of shops and restaurants, and about 15 minutes walk from the JR station.

This was such a cute property. We ended up hereby accident when we got stuck in Japan for a couple days and this was an unexpected delight. The hotel was lovely and it is right in the middle of the coolest little town. It ended up being our favorite part of our trip to Tokyo.

Great effort! Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the room, the bath, the privacy. This stay was great and made me want to spend more time in Narita. The best was the service. Top notch team. It was raining when we received personal guidance to the uber pick up spot. We coukd not be more happy with our experience. I reccomend this for anyones stay in Narita. Thank you

Love this place - just a quick stopover for travel and decided here - was so good - a 2 day stay at the most I would recommend.
