Friendly staff at check-in. Nice modern hotel with easy parking. Although there is no restaurant in the hotel, but they have excellent dining area with microwave, toaster for easy reheat.

The hotel room is spacious, overlooking a lavender field. The bedsheet is very comfortable. The shower is strong and the bathroom is good size.

This property is gorgeous. The hotel is extremely clean, modern, and amazing staff. I would recommend renting a car when you stay at this property in the wintertime so you can venture out to the surrounding areas as there is not much in the town the hotel is located in.

Great service and rooms

The location of the hotel is about 30 mins drive away Unkai Gondola if you intend to visit the sky terrace. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. The only downside is no restaurant at the hotel. Be prepared to drive out for dinner or grab some food back. However, they have well stock communal area with coffee machines, microwave and disposal utensils.

Room was a little small but expected, not much tabletop space around the room to place our belongings. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but the staff were helpful in letting us know which cafes / restaurants we could visit for a meal, including opening hours. The petrol station, pizza parlour and convenience stores were all a stone's throw away. Overall very comfortable, with a beautiful lavender garden in the back of the property where guests could walk around or sit at the lobby or outdoors to enjoy the morning breeze or sunset. Peaceful and quiet.

Easy and spacious parking, comfortable room. Quiet, peaceful and nice area around the hotel, there are several cafes and a huge Montbell shop nearby. Just be reminded that there’s no restaurant in this hotel and the opening hours of the restaurants nearby may not be accurate as stated on google (esp at night). There are two convenience stores in town which may help.

This hotel seems brand new. It is spotless and the fixtures are very high quality. Amazingly comfortable bed and powerful shower. Rooms are not cramped. Communal Kitchen area is well equipped and totally spotless as well. It is clear staff have pride in keeping the hotel top quality.

This is a newer hotel with very clean and nice rooms. They are tasteful decorated with comfy beds. Staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service.

It was nice

Nestled in a rural mountain town, this newly built hotel is a breath of fresh air for those seeking an alternative to the overpriced resorts of Furano or Tomamu. I stayed in a king bed room and, while it was on the smaller side, the bathroom was spacious and I could move around comfortably. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the large, elongated pillows added an extra layer of comfort. They were especially handy for propping up and providing support when indulging in some TV time. If you're in search of a serene mountain getaway that offers a modern take on Japanese hospitality without the hefty price tags of larger resorts, look no further. This hotel strikes the perfect balance between contemporary design and the cozy charm of a rural setting. My stay here was a delightful escape, and I can't wait to return.

トマムの雲海を見るために、泊まりました。宿の周辺にレストランが少なく、道の駅のレストランが定休日で、かなり困りました。 翌朝、ラベンダーを見ながら、パンを温めたり、コーヒーを飲めたりできて便利でした。 バスタブはありませんでしたが、上からのシャワーで疲れが取れました。
