Had a great four night stay at this hotel. It is a high quality hotel with excellent facilities such as the pool and sauna area; is very clean, and staff who could not be more helpful. The location cannot be beaten - right in the heart of the Old Town right by the market square. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars, museums etc… all close by and within easy walking distance. Would not hesitate to stay there again should I be in Krakow again.

Stayed there with family for 4 nights. Best location in the city! Stone throw to town square. The hotel is new and beautiful. Rooms are very tastefully decorated. Bed is very comfortable. Amazing selection for breakfast. Definitely worth including. Kids loved the pool and the sauna/steam room. Would definitely stay again. Not one negative to report.

Everything great except I would opt for no view next time or courtyard view if I stay here again. I got Old Town view which is essentially a no view. Courtyard might have been better. Otherwise, nice hotel.

It was very good just the chek out was not very nice we ask for extension but it dident work otherwise it was very good

Beautiful hotel, minutes from the main square. First class customer service. The staff went out of their way to assist us. Would definitely return to this hotel.
