central location clean and functional

We were in Wroclaw for a football match. The hotel is situated in the perfect place - right in centre and handy for everything. Bats and restaurants in abundance. Check-in was very efficient and with a welcoming smile. Very friendly staff. The room was recently refurbished, at a guess, and bed very comfy. Bottled water and coffee supplied. Breakfast was ok. Buffet style, in lobby bar. It was fine. Check out was just as efficient. Recommended.

Great central location

Hotel staff stole earrings i left in room. Expedia said they would contact back in an hour, they told us after we made two calls and two emails they didnt find the earrings. Very disappointed. Staff was unprofessional in how they handled this. Earrings were very sentimental and were left on nightstand. Protect your stuff, dont stay here.

We loved that it was so close to the beautiful town square and our pick-up point for a tour. The room itself was beautiful and the staff are all friendly.

Couldn't fault the hotel, spotless great location 2 minutes from main square with plenty of places to eat and drink. Staff were helpful especially one member of staff ( sorry can't remember her name) would stay here again.

Manager of the Hotel keeps his Mercedes in front of the front door and blocks access for guests arrival.

Very friendly staff, a 5 minute flat walk from the square, clean and comfortable room. We ate in the restaurant one evening and although was a little more pricey than on the square, it was well worth the money.

The bar staff could do with some training but had a lovely attitude and personality Reception staff amazing

The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are really helpful. A wide choice for breakfast too. Location was perfect for the old town.

It ia an amazing place with gardens and the lake infrond of the resataurant. The room was excellent, breakfast of high quality.

Friendly staff, clean and central place you can walk less than 2 minutes from Rynek Square and some tourist attractions.

Polecamy ten piękny hotel. Znajduje się on 1 min od Rynku. Obliga hotelu jest przecudowna. Pani z recepcji pomogła nam bardzo, chociaż prośby były "niecodzienne". Hotel ma piękny design, jest czysty i najpiękniejszy z wrocławskich hoteli. Polecamy!
