It's not worth the price of 350,000 Rupiah per night with such poor amenities. The facilities don't match what's listed on the app. The AC isn't cold enough, all the furniture is broken, and there aren't even any clothes hangers. There's no drinking water provided, and the bathroom doesn't have hot water. The service is quite friendly, but not very responsive. You can't pick up your ID card in the morning, so you have to leave it behind. After complaining, they said they would send it, but after waiting a week, the ID card still wasn't sent. So, the customer has to order a courier to pick up the ID card, which is at their expense, even though the property owner should be responsible. The bottom line is that everything is very bad, in terms of facilities and everything else. Considering the price of 350,000 Rupiah per night, I highly recommend this property; a hotel room is better. For 350,000 Rupiah, you can still get better facilities.

The hotel staff and CEO were unfriendly and snippy. I'd told them check-out was at 8:30, but no one could be reached until 9:30. As a result, I was an hour late for an event. At least, even though it wasn't during business hours, they were able to commit because I'd requested it and they'd agreed. They should have been on standby and able to respond quickly, offering solutions and alternatives. When I became angry about the lack of good faith and a quick resolution to the problem, I received a threatening tone from the owner. Room amenities: OK, Wi-Fi. Cleanliness: Not bad, except the wall paint was worn and worn. I was disappointed with the service and how they responded to guest complaints.

Overall, I was very disappointed 😔. Even if we wanted to argue, we would lose because the system doesn't allow refunds and we have to make a deposit to exchange the key. When we were in the room, they explained our mistake in choosing the room. In fact, the mistake was also on the part of the tenant who didn't provide a detailed explanation. Plus, the deposit refund took a long time.
