Disappointing, highly not recommended, during my stay at the hotel, I think this is the worst, first entering the room like a boarding house there is only a mattress, no water heater or glasses, coffee, tea, chairs, drinking water must be requested first, asking for a water heater is not responded to, the AC is noisy and not cold enough, the toilet tap is clogged, the bathroom water is small, there is no Indonesian menu for breakfast, there is only a western menu, hopefully it can be fixed

Charming atmosphere, nice swimming pool, food is really basic.

It was a nice mix between traditional and modern architecture. Their service also very good. They have a nice pool also. The location was in the center of Gili Air Island, so it will be better if you rent the bike from near port/harbour and return it when you back, especially if you bring heavy bag. For local tourist it will be quite difficult because no shower near closet and we can't rinse the dirt

The hotel staff is not friendly, even though my family vacation rented two rooms, but just entered it, I was warned not to make it crowded even though I brought a child. Food is only egg with bread without rice. The swimming pool is too much chlorine so the clothes are faded.

I booked the bungalow with aircon, the cleanliness of the hotel is good so it is very comfortable at stay. The service of the staff is excellent, they are friendly and very spry helpful although I am a domestic tourist. Breakfast is good, I love the pancake is dry and the thickness fitting. The size of the swimming pool is being so can still be used for swimming. Its location is a bit inside Gili Air but not hard to find. The hotel facilities are in accordance with the one in traveloka.

Love the view, and not too far from beach.
