The room is very good value for money. Travel is convenient, with food sources and convenience stores within walking distance. The facilities and service office are excellent. If I have the opportunity, I will come back to stay again.

Apartment concept with 3 bedrooms. Spacious rooms, including a washing machine and detergent, a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. A vacation that feels like home.

The first time I went to an expensive hotel/room/bayau but they didn't provide towels.. even the village homestays provided towels.. so what?

The place is clean, nice, and comfortable, perfect for families. The view from the room is absolutely stunning. It's worth the price.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning in both the room and the hall was not cold even after adjusting to the lowest temperature. The room was also a bit dusty, and no bottled water was provided. In addition, I could hear noise from the room next door, which made it hard to rest. Other than that, everything else was okay. I hope the management will improve these areas for a better guest experience.

Normal room, good for the price, family of 4 stayed on 2 different floors, so not convenient. The elevators on this floor do not reach other floors. The swimming pool is not like the advertised photo

When we enter the apartment there is a strong smell suspected coming out from bathroom. Even after we open the vacuum and windows and went out, the smell still there after we came back.

Best of all. Can repeat again. Comfortable room. There is a dining area and a quiet place to watch TV. Very clean.

The stay duration was very short, but it was a nice comfort house where it was clean and affordable for all the people.

It all depends on the room you get because the owners are different, so the furniture, etc., are also different. I've stayed here twice, and I happened to get a clean and okay one. If there is damage and report it, it will be handled immediately. Checkout time is very early at 11 AM.

Very good location in Melaka. Can walk to Jonker Street.

Value for money. The room is clean, and the location is just near Jonker Street.

The apartment is quite new, 3+ years so seems like everything still good & maintained. The downside is the bathroom, only 1 to share with 5pax which is very inconvenience as need to Q.

Pretty disappointed with the studio. First of all, how is parking not provided or at least subsidised for in-house guests despite it just being a studio room. Parking isn't at all convenient in this area. There's an outdoor carpark but it's quite a distance away and not convenient for solo travellers. Safety is also pretty questionable as it's an open air carpark with no gate parameter. Room also wasnt great. Kettle was provided with no drinking water. No complimentary tea/coffee as well. Hot water for showering also took some time before it can be used. The worst part about this studio room is that there is a connecting door - and the soundproofing is horrible. I could hear people next to me talking as if they were in the same room as me - and there is nothing you can do about it. For the price you pay, you might as well book a hotel room. Would not repeat my stay unless condition improve.

This hotel is conveniently located right next to Courtyard Melaka, placing it in a very strategic area for tourists. It’s just a short distance to popular attractions like Jonker Street and other must-see spots—super accessible and walkable! As for the hotel experience itself, it truly exceeded my expectations. From the cleanliness to the comfort and service, everything was spot on. I’d personally rate it a solid 10/10. A fantastic choice for anyone visiting Melaka and looking for both convenience and comfort!

Masya Allah, this is an apartment version of a hotel, with a very fantastic price, very low budget, touched to be able to get accommodation as good as this and complete facilities. There is a microwave, refrigerator, cutlery, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi. Comfortable, clean, easy check in, close to tourist destinations in Melaka. Very impressive.
