When I go to Puncak, I always stay here since the time it was called Grand Zuri... and it never disappoints...

I prefer vintage concepts over modern ones. This hotel reminds me of my childhood. The atmosphere is beautiful, cool, and at night it's so cold you don't need an air conditioner. Hehe.

This resort has very friendly service. The staff is friendly and overall it's okay if you're with your family to relax for a while and unwind. I'll definitely try it again if it's New Year.

The hotel is located near various tourist attractions such as Taman Bunga Nusantara and Little Venice, on the main road. However, because it's a resort, the distance from the hotel's main gate to the rooms is quite long. From the entrance, the access is a steep and winding descent. I rode a motorcycle, so I had to hold the brakes constantly. This is a true valley, with a very cool, fresh air and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing with the family. Breakfast is quite varied and delicious. There's also a very spacious camping ground, perfect for those who want to camp.

The location is also very strategic, especially if you plan to visit the Cibodas Botanical Gardens, as it's very close to the hotel. The facilities are quite comprehensive! There's a swimming pool with a beautiful setting, breakfast is included (and the food is absolutely delicious), and there's even a camping area for those looking for a different experience. In short, this hotel is highly recommended for those vacationing in Cipanas and looking for comfortable, strategic, and budget-friendly accommodation. It turns out the place is very spacious because there is a special area for those who want to pitch their own tent. For the villa itself, there are also many choices in terms of size, capacity, and room layout... As for the facilities, you could say they are very complete, for those who want to ride horses, electric bicycles and 4-wheeled APV motorcycles are provided. Overall, pleasant, the only thing lacking and needing improvement is the WiFi connection and cable TV. Thank you.

I stayed there for 3 nights, and I've been there many times. But why haven't there been any improvements? With the same price range per night as other resorts, why is the breakfast always so disappointing? From the variety, the taste, to the presentation?

Cool atmosphere, suitable for family vacation

To escape from fatigue, the atmosphere is supportive, cool, and beautiful. Breakfast served is plentiful and varied. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the sheets, pillowcases, and bed cover is not well-maintained because the ones with black stains are still used.

Booked 3 rooms on a weekday, only my family stayed there so it looked a bit scary because I was paranoid about the people 😀 but everything was okay, the rooms were clean, the food was delicious.

Highly recommended, starting from the receptionist service, even though it was very late at night, they still provided excellent service and the staff was friendly. The food in the restaurant is delicious and has a wide selection. It's top notch 🫶🏾

Previously, its name was Zury Resort Cipanas, if I'm not mistaken. For easy access because it's on the side of the road. For the cleanliness of the hotel and the service, it's okay. For the breakfast menu, the food is delicious. But it's not very varied, please improve it.

The room and area are clean, it's just that the bedding smells for some reason, hopefully it can be improved in the future. Hopefully the room will also be given air freshener so that you will feel more at home in the room.
