I stayed here for 3 nights, the room was clean, fully equipped (there was a convenient washer and dryer for short-term guests like me, a microwave, a rice cooker and other necessary items), I interacted with the receptionists Hoang Anh, Liem and Viet. What they have in common is that they spoke politely, gently, and were always willing to introduce me to places to visit in Hanoi very enthusiastically, making me feel comfortable and friendly like at home. I would like to thank Moonlight in general and the 3 receptionists Hoang Anh, Liem and Viet in particular.

Everything is fine, the room is 25m2 but fully equipped like an apartment, clean, just a pity the room has a window overlooking the skylight, staying inside the house you don't know how sunny or rainy it is outside

Alice is very friendly and helpful. Alice gives suggestions where to go in Old Quarter and gives helpful information to be watchful anytime about the prices when visiting the places. She tries her best to speak English and we could dialogue well. It was a wonderful experience.

My family of 5 stayed here for 3 days. The new apartment has 2 bedrooms, fully furnished with 3 air conditioners, 1 washing machine, 1 TV, induction cooker, clean dishes... The receptionists Liem, Hoang Anh, Viet supported my family a lot, from enjoying local dishes very close to Moonlight Tay Ho to famous tourist attractions in Hanoi such as Tran Quoc Pagoda, Tay Ho Palace... My family will definitely come back here when we have the opportunity to visit Hanoi.

The hotel is in a great location. Next to West Lake, the staff are very nice. If I return to Hanoi, I will still stay here.

The facility itself was great, but it is in a corner of the city that is tricky to get to unless on foot. Taxis charged twice as much to take us all the way to the door, so we walked in the rain a lot instead.

Very polite stuff! A wonderful lady gave me a charger when I needed it. The location is very good: the bus stops are nearby, sightseeings and restaurant. The apartments are very clean with all the necessary facilities. Recommended!

The room is very clean, fully equipped and comfortable, with full dishes, kitchen, dryer, and washing machine, so it feels like home. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. My family has elderly grandparents with them, so when he got lost in the elevator, receptionist Hoang Anh helped take him to his room. Liem and Diu also supported me a lot during my stay here. Overall, I am satisfied. Oh, there is a shortcut to Yen Phu street, so there are more shops and restaurants than the front of Yen Hoa street.

I really like Moonlight 🥰 The receptionists are super cute and support me very enthusiastically. I met 2 girls and 1 boy. I don't remember all their names, I only remember Hoang Anh's name 😀.

Bored, it's 4pm and I just checked in and the room hasn't been cleaned yet. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. If I forget something, I have to wait 10 minutes in the rain and can't contact to get it.
