This seems like an exclusive boarding house. The rooms are fairly clean, but the sheets have a brownish hue. The bathroom is quite clean, and drinking water is available. Parking is very limited for those bringing a car. I only learned after reading reviews that the deposit is quite large, 400,000 Rupiah. Oddly enough, the guy on duty simply said, "You'll get it when you check out," without providing any proof. So, if you're planning to stay here, don't forget to ask for a deposit receipt.

The receptionist was smoking, wearing t-shirt, demand 400.000 rupiah deposit without receipt and the day after trying to pay back only 350.000 rupiah. Clearly that staffer was having his own business on the side scamming. He needs to be fired.

The room is quite spacious, clean, the toilet is clean, only no tissue is provided. The hotel is equipped with a smart TV, you can also watch Netflix (use a personal account). The staff is friendly. There is a deposit of 400 thousand.

For the room it's ok But the service is really lacking, the room wasn't cleaned even though it was 4 nights and the deposit was deducted just because the mattress was a little dirty In the afternoon the room wasn't cleaned

Emergency needed. I didn’t plan to stay here, but it’s already late and I need a room to rest after my day's work. I am not from Jakarta anyway. I choose this because it feels comfortable and calm, everything is good. But if I can request, please decrease the price for guests that already late check-in and need to rest. Thank you.

Deposit 400k is too much for this small hotel. And I don't know why, but I'm staying for almost 5 nights if I'm not wrong, but never a housekeeper knock on my door for cleaning services. But the room is cozy and new, and clean for sure. And at midnight there is no receptionist standby. Even need to open front gate by myself. Overall the room is very goodd

The room is spacious and clean, only the car parking is narrow, it happened to be parked in an open space, it was very narrow to unload suitcases and luggage, it was very difficult because it was close to other cars, the staff was quite friendly, unfortunately when I had difficulty unloading my luggage and had to go up the stairs to the lobby, there were 2 staff sitting chatting on the stairs, they didn't try to offer help or anything, instead they were busy chatting, parking costs 20,000, the deposit is 400,000, overall ok

Stayed 2 nights here, the staff was friendly, the place was comfortable, it smelled good, the water was fast, everything was good.

1. When checking in, no one helped carry things. 2. Parking is narrow. 3. Security and reception are not 24 hours, when you come home from going you open the gate yourself, it's empty, no one is guarding it. 4. The deposit of 400,000 for a small hotel in my opinion is not worth it. 5. Pay for parking 20,000 minus deposit. It's a bit disappointing.

Great place and accessible to Central of Jakarta area. Also great room as describe! Plus there's a coffee shop just under the building 🙌🏼

When you stay at a hotel, you rarely pay for parking, but here you only have to pay 10 thousand for motorbike parking, and you have to deposit the same amount as the room price (400 thousand) in other hotels, it's not that big.

Comfortable room, clean, strategic location. But the hotel staff should be trained because it looks very unprofessional and like at home. When guests walk up and down the stairs to the receptionist, the security sits on a chair smoking and putting his feet up, then the hotel staff sleeps behind the receptionist and is very visible when guests walk up and down in front of the receptionist. Please pay attention and be more professional in working.

I booked 2 nights, in order to accompany my husband because he had an event in Jakarta, this place is not too far from the event venue, the place is actually quite good, but from the start I was disappointed. 1. Got a room on the 1st floor, the corner, got a large window but the view was a wall (dark), asked to move rooms but was not given a reason that it was full, asked to move later on the 2nd day, the manager said no! 2. Only 1 tissue was provided in the room and it was used (like leftovers from previous guests) 3. Lots of mosquitoes. 4. The lights went out at 7pm until around 9pm, the manager didn't have a generator. 5. I sat in the lobby because it was the only room that was on at that time while charging my cellphone, 10 minutes of sitting in the lobby suddenly the lobby area went out too, and the manager was still able to joke around with his friends, I complained and was responded to with a grin, as if he didn't respect the customer, making me even more angry. I was fed up and asked for c/out on the 2nd day. Please owner, when making a place to stay, think about the little things, there's not even a generator, and provide training for the frontliner staff so they can communicate and appreciate customers well. I do not recommend this place to stay! DISAPPOINTED.
