I booked 2 nights, in order to accompany my husband because he had an event in Jakarta, this place is not too far from the event venue, the place is actually quite good, but from the start I was disappointed. 1. Got a room on the 1st floor, the corner, got a large window but the view was a wall (dark), asked to move rooms but was not given a reason that it was full, asked to move later on the 2nd day, the manager said no! 2. Only 1 tissue was provided in the room and it was used (like leftovers from previous guests) 3. Lots of mosquitoes. 4. The lights went out at 7pm until around 9pm, the manager didn't have a generator. 5. I sat in the lobby because it was the only room that was on at that time while charging my cellphone, 10 minutes of sitting in the lobby suddenly the lobby area went out too, and the manager was still able to joke around with his friends, I complained and was responded to with a grin, as if he didn't respect the customer, making me even more angry. I was fed up and asked for c/out on the 2nd day. Please owner, when making a place to stay, think about the little things, there's not even a generator, and provide training for the frontliner staff so they can communicate and appreciate customers well. I do not recommend this place to stay! DISAPPOINTED.
