In general, The Song apartment building for accommodation is very crowded but the elevator can only be used for 3 elevators. You always have to wait for nearly an hour to get to your room. You can't go to the swimming pool because the elevator is always full, so how can it stop to get to the swimming pool? Some guests who went swimming had to climb dozens of stairs because they waited too long for the elevator. It was terrible. The soundproofing of the room is really bad. I have never seen an apartment with such bad soundproofing, the noise in the hallway outside makes it impossible to sleep. Regarding the homestay's own assessment, I give it less than 5 points. I booked 2 bedrooms with a view like the picture, but I got a room with 1 bedroom + a double partition. The note said 2 large beds and 1 single bed for 4 people. But I got a room with 1 large bed and 1 single bed in a room with 4 walls. The floor is dirty. The electrical equipment in the room is broken over and over again. Mineral water is charged. Towels and toilet paper are extremely bad. Shower gel and shampoo in a 1k bag. But the room cost 2.4 million. Overall, it's far worse than hotels of the same price range. Will never come back again.

I extended my stay for an hour, the hotel said there was an additional charge of 40k, but when I went down to pay the room, they charged 100k. The hotel's name was Trinh but they transferred it to another service that was not correct in the app.

The room was not clean, the first customer to complain had to apologize but did not receive any apology. I checked in at 2am but the room was just cleaned, maybe it was almost 2:20am when I checked in but when I got there, the cleaning lady was still there, not finished cleaning yet. The room did not have slippers, if you need slippers you have to buy them in the lobby for 20k/pair or if you need an iron or dryer you also have to get them in the lobby and then return them at the end of the day, I mean I felt the service was poor ✨☺️

The apartment is clean and comfortable. However, the hotel did not provide detailed instructions on the check-in process, so guests had to wait in the lobby for a long time, which was very time-consuming, instead of guiding guests to room 1.16 to check in. The bathroom door sometimes closed and locked itself from the inside. And the apartment is high up, but at night the sound of crickets chirping is very loud, affecting the guests' sleep.
